Here at going green a***oles, we regularly violate the law by calling people on the DNC list.  As we are part of a scamming network, we should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and forced to reveal the source of our lists, so they may also be prosecuted for supplying names clearly on the DNC.  The best way to solve the problem with my douchy approach is to invite me out and tell me in person, on camera, so I waste resources and pay a penalty since the FCC clearly isn't handling this.

Awful difficult to pick up the phone, RICK, and make this request when the phone quits ringing before a person can get to it - no doubt one of those automated dialers that dial several people at once and then disconnects everyone once someone happens to pick up their phone.

We've gotten 2 or 3 calls from you already in just the past week.  You shouldn't be calling ANYone who is on the DNC list, and that you do speaks to your LACK of respect, ethics and morals.  And the proof of that is in the many complaints right here by people who have already requested that their phone number be removed from your spam-call lists  ...  some of them more than once!

Pretty obvious this guy is a pompous, self-righteous jerk that believes he's above the law, and that WE are the ones losing out.  Since the fool is right here in AZ, people need to FLOOD the AZ AG's office with complaints - if recipients of GGS's spam/scam cold calls dump enough complaints into that office, sooner or later, the time put into having to process the complaints (which will eventually disrupt regular business) will force the AG to do something about this joker.  People need to send a letter to the AG every single time they get a call from GGS instead of filing with the DNC.

Rick definitely a liar.  I've asked no less than 3 times to remove me from their lists - I'm already on the Do Not Call list, that they don't even check.  I would never do business with a cold caller, let alone a scammer company like this that doesn't listen to anyone.

number again.  Also, I do not go by my first name, so when they call I know it is a company breaking the DO NOT CALL law.  The phone call came up on my ID Unknown Name......so you will take the call.

This is a scam.  If it wasn't a scam you would not continue to harass us. We should not have to waste our time calling you to tell you to remove us from your list, just so you can note it's an active number so you can continue to harass us.  We are on the DNC list, and your company is obligated to check the list.  I will never do business with a company such as yours, so you are wasting your time.  One more call and I'll be posting your comments and my opinion of your company on FaceBook.

Called today and did not leave a voice mail. I'm not as irritated as some people because I have caller ID, and I never answer my phone directly unless I know the number or the person's name.

I am also on the DNC list, have been for years, and I regularly check that I am still on the list. So when I get calls, I report them ALL to the FTC, as I have just done (again) with this number.

Got the call today. Person was stumbling, barely able to read the script. At his first question I said "I don't want your product and please take me off your list." He continued as though I had said nothing and said since I had agreed, a recurring charge would be made to my account. I hung up and filed a DNC complaint with the FCC.

This is the biggest scamming company around.  They do not honor the DNC list.  They refuse to remove your number from their call list and they have an attitude that will take them down.  A call to your state attorney general, FTC and the BBB.  Time to start a class action lawsuit against them.  They have called us 14 times, each time they have been told to remove the number from their list and each time complaints have been filed at the DNC and BBB. Rick finally reached the magical 20 calls!  But alas, I've changed my mind, it'll take a lot more than that to ever get my business...such as a time machine or the apocalypse.

Folks - file a complaint each time they call with the Fed Do Not Call - yes I know - they are useless but at least a "paper trail" is being established.  Then call your State Attorney Generals office and file a complaint there also.  There were two companies just hit with a sizable fine by the Fed government for violating the Do Not Call list.  I doubt they will pay and just open as another company and keep doing it but who knows.  You think anyone will do business with a company that 1. Violates the Do Not Call list.  2. Doesn't have the guts to show the name of their company when they call.  3. Think they are above the law and have an attitude like this one on here.  Class action lawsuits and the State Attorney General's are as fed up as we are on this kind of un-scrupulous business practices

Rick G - You are a liar.  I have talked to your operators to remove me - namely Brenda most recently, and she said your company does not control the lists and cannot remove anyone from the list.  I have now filed my 4th complaint with the FTC and the FCC about your company WILLFULLY ignoring the law and continuing to call despite be asked not to.  Quit lying and stop cold calling people that do not want your useless product.

daleinaz - isn't that the truth though?  my number has been listed on the DNC list for years and if dear Rick's company was legitimate he would know that and not call the first time.  If this company cannot follow the simple rules of checking a DNC list I too would question how many other laws they do not follow.  Would not do business with this company - ever.
