They have been harrassing me to get a franchise with them. How do I get them to stop?

This number belongs to "The Masters Touch". I emailed them a while back asking for some info and now they won't leave me alone. I have asked both by email and voice for them to quit contacting me but to no avail. Next, I'll be calling my lawer.
