I am receiving several calls from Sun West each week.  I see they are up to their old tricks that got them into trouble before with the Arizona Attorney General's Office in 2011. Sun West Kirby is run by a guy named Don Burkhardt, who's operated several different Kirby distributorships using different business names. According to documents, the Arizona Attorney General's Office sued the businesses for placing "misleading and deceptive telemarketing calls to consumers," and fined the distributorships $35,000 in civil penalties.

I see the caller ID so I'm already irritated.. I answer:
me "How can I help you?"
broad"Hello Ma'am (insert fake smile voice here).  How are you doing today?"  
me "I am knee deep in a poopy diaper, dinner and homework, please make it quick"
an  'I'm not really listening or caring' laugh happens and she continues...
broad "Well, Ma'am, we pulled your name out of a drawling and.."
me "You do realize that 'drawing' does not contain the letter "l", correct"
broad, now annoyed "well of course I do"
me "ok, well, when you learn how to speak the English Language correctly, don't call me back and remove my name from your calling list, I don't give a care HOW you got my number!"

Sun West calls again and again. I remember Kirby Vacuum Cleaners when I was in the army back in the 1960's. They would get desperate Non Commissioned Officers to sell these things, with all kinds of attachments, to newly married soldiers. I also remember disgusting pyramid sales schemes. The army pay was so low, at the time, that these scams by these companies were, really, ubiquitous. Whenever I hear Kirby, I taste a little vomit in my mouth: Yes, the memories of widows stuck with making payments for these purchases still makes me want to vomit. Do not answer these calls. They are made by desperate people who cannot get any kind of decent job. Avoid Sun West as if it were the plague!!!!!

Call from Sun West. After I asked him "to remove my number and do not call me again PLEASE" he said we are gonna call you until we call you. How RUDE?

Yet again......Sun West calling.  623-580-9977.  They also go by other numbers.  I always explain that they called before and they always say "no this is the first time we called".  Again, I explain I am not interested in their cleaning, etc.  Same conversation over and over.  The Do Not Call list is a joke.  They find your number and call anyway.

Yep - when asked if they were aware of the DoNotCall list she tried to explain I don't even know who's calling... then hung up on me, as if I'd feel bad. What a laugh.
