We get calls daily from this number and when pressing 1 to try and connect so we can get them to take us off the list, no one is there.  Very frustrating!
And...we are on the do not call list so what good is it?

Don't know who this is and don't want to know either just wish they would quit calling

I get these calls on a regular basis and they are looking for someone with my name but different middle initial (collections is my guess).  Anyway, when I try to take the call to let them know it's not me, it hangs up and I don't get to speak with anyone.  ARGH!

A computer recording tells me there is something wrong with my credit card when I answer this number. If anybody figures out how to stop it, please post!

it is not where the call originated from. It is anyone who has their number blocked and trying to call your number.

I get calls over and over every day from this number.  I try to answer now to see who they are and what they want, but when I press (1), they hang up every time then, call again.  They do leave a VM with crazy tones, as well.  I have tried to cross reference the number to no avail.  They are not listed in the 423 area code or phone book.  ATT said they cannot help if they are telemarketers. Can anyone find out who they are and who is 'NCO Financial'?

I get phone calls from this number every day - as many as five a day - over and over again with an hour in between each call. I don't pick them up but they keep leaving voice mail that is just the phone making some crazy noise.

This number calls multiple times everyday!  I used to let it go to VM then it would leave crazy tones on the message.  I have been trying to press 1 and tell them quit calling me, but it hangs up every time.  ATT said they can't help if it is a telemarketer.  The recording says it is "NCO Financial with an important message" but no one on the line.  NCO is not listed anywhere.  Who are they?

This call comes quite often and it is rather annoying.  We have done all we can to eliminate unwanted phone calls.  Nothing really works.

Yes it calls my house 3X a day and hangs up, never anyone there is you pick up.
