This was an automated recording "supposedly" from Verizon with a status alert regarding my account. They asked me to call 977-304-0145 and use my cell phone number as a reference. I believe this to be bogus.

It's Verizon wireless message retrieval center reminding you to make your payment as it is past due. The system is automated and allows you to indicate if you have made your payment or when you will be mailing it out.
