Receive a call aying they were from acs saying i owe money . that i borrowed money from cash go and that i was bein taken to court and they had so much information on me.  That i could loose my job. and that i could have to pay like ove$8000.  They wished me well and good luck.  they left a message and gave me a phone number to call 626-26-9901 but that wasn the numer that came up on my caller id

These scam artists are using many different numbers. All a scam, if this was a legit collections company, they would have a toll free number and not wish you good luck and god bless.

I keep getting calls from this number @ work stating that i owe money and if i don't pay i will be arrested. but when i ask for proof that i or some some type of legal papers they hang up every time he call it be an foregin guy or name sam

CALLED SYAING I HAD A LOAN OUT AND THAT IF DIDN'T PAY BY TOMMORROW THEY WOULD HAVE ME ARRESTED AND TAKE ME TO COURT. I DONT KNOW IF THEY'VE CONTACTED MY JOB YET BUT IF THEY HAVE ALL HELL IS GOING TO BREAK LOOSE.

MALE CALLER WITH A HEAVY FORIEGN ACCENT CALLED STATING "YOU OWE MONEY TO A PAY COMPANY AND WE ARE GOING TO COLLECT, HOW DO YOU WANT TO PAY?" WHEN I TOLD HIM I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT HE BEGAN TO YELL, "I AM NOT PLAYING F**KING GAMES, IF YOU DON'T PAY $800 RIGHT NOW YOU WILL BE ARRESTED BY THE POLICE." WHEN I CHALLENGED HIM TO PROVIDE PROOF OF MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION FOR THIS ALLEGED ACCOUNT HE GOT ANGRY ANG HUNG UP THE PHONE.

If you can find what company they are with, you can report them to the FTC for numerous violations.  The phone number they called you from is probably not valid, as most of these scammers run their calls through a caller ID spoofing system.  Through reading on this site, I have found that although there is no sure-fire way to get rid of these calls, asserting your rights to them sometimes works.  Tell them that you plan on filing with the FTC and with your State's Attorney General.  If you play along with them at first, you might be able to get more information, which will be more helpful when you file with the above agencies.

The truth is there is not much that can be done about these calls since they are coming from offshore and are virtually untraceable.  Just make sure that they know that no scare tactics or harrassment that they may use will ever get them any money from you.  Eventually, they will move on and try to find the next sucker.

I got two calls from them saying they were a Law office and I was involved in a law suit but I'm not so when they asked for my Social Security number I told them to send me papers in the mail. When I told them I didn't give out my Social over the phone he hung up on me. I tried to call the number back but it just kept ringing. I reported the call to the police and they said that there wasn't anything they could do. Someone has to stop these people. I'm tired of always having to watch my back. Why can't these people just make a living like the rest of us do 9-5 and stop living off the rest of us.

they r bloody bunch of scammers. i know these guys r f****ng calling from india and from a f****ng callcenter. mike, eric , kevin, bruce, patrick all these mother f****rs r from india. do not trust them i have contacted ACS and FAST CASH they never hired these guys

got call stating Itwas from fast cash international, I need to pay back a loan that I never received that I was going to be arrested if not received by tommorow
