They called multiple times, threatening about a pending lawsuits. Blah, blah, blah.

I felt threatened and feared for the lives of my wife and daughter.

I got the same exact phone call from someone named Mark Wilson he was very rude!!! He called my cell phone and left me a voice mail saying that if I didn't call him back  he " wishes me luck".  He said I should of been served already by a sheriff and that a sheriff would be calling me that night.  He then called my work and told me that I had gotten a loan sometime last year for $3,600 and that I needed to pay it back immediatly or go to court.  I told him that I have never recieved a loan in my entire life and that I had my bank statements from the last 5 years and I have never had more than $2,000 deposited into my account and that I was going to contact my local police department because he was harrassing me.  I have not heard from him yet that was a week ago. ( number he called from was 626-239-3148)

I called a call this morning the guy named Morison or something close to that. The gut was very rude and said he was working for cash advance america and I was being sued for a fraud payday loan I got. I never had gotten a loan with these people. The guy said a sherriff would serve me papers tomorrow at work because my job needs to know what I have done. They didn't ask for my info but for my lawyer to call them. I was very mean to this guy due to I couldn't understand him due to his acent and told him I wanted to speak with someone who spoke english, he wouldn't let me. I called the number back cause I thought it was fraud. The same guy answered I tryed to get more info from him and he just keep saying you'll get served tomorrow. I hope these people get whats comming to them.

I received 2calls from this number in the voicemail I was told to call back with my attorneys ingo and I needed to respond asap or ill b sorry..I called bk and this guy named kevin answered saying he was wuth a law fiem and I was being sued for lack of payment on a payday loan. He said I would see a sheriff tomorroq at my work and if I wasn't at work he would come to my home and arrest me..then he told me I needed to go to California with my attorney to settle this is court..he wouldn't tell me what law firm and he wouldn't give me any specific info on what I was being sued for.. I googled his number and found this site. I'm relieved to kno I'm not the only ine who has had this problem

I just got two calls from this number today. They left a VM saying they have very important matters to discuss and either me or my attorney needs to contact them. I called back and the first 3-4 times it went directly to a voice mailbox that said it was full. At this point I was already thinking it is a scam. I called back and finally reached a women who was first just going on about faxing documents to my attorney and how important this is that I receive them and the police are going to come to my work. I asked what is this concerning and she goes on and on in this legal garbin about an online payday loan I didnt pay back. She then just said thank you and hung up without getting any of the information she was originally asking for. They are foreign and very hard to understand. Definately a scam but man this was making me worried at first.

sounds very similar to my message i received cept I think he said his name was Mark Wilson on mine. But same message n stated that if he did not hear from me or my authority that hed wish me good luck as the situation unfolded

Got a call the day before Christmas eve. I didn't pick up so they left a voicemail exclaiming that me or my authority needed to contact them immediately due to very time sensitive material. If I did not call back that he wished me luck on the situation as it was to unfold. Very rude message. Very heavy accent. Parts of the message I could not understand. Called the number back went straight to a voicemail box that was full. There was no notion as to who they were or what they were calling about. Have not received any other phone calls from them

I got 9 calls back to back from this number yesterday to which a Joseph (that by the accent you knew, no way that was his name) left 4 voice mails. Which I know for a fact is illegal. He said the same that some of the other posts and which good luck if I did not call. You could tell it was a scripted message because he said the same thing word by word in all 4 messages. No company name.

I just received a call from them also.  But I called the la sheriffs office and they told me that a deceive should be calling me back. We just might get these b*****ds!

I just received a call from this 626 239 3146 Number with the same threats as the rest of you. so i did some research. the number that i was contacted from happend to be a land line the owner of this line was verizon i found that after a reverse number check. i didn't get an exact address but the reverse check provided me with a piece of the location with the estimate of the coordinates. E lemon Drive, MONROVIA CA, I then Googled the ZIP, 91016. after obtaining all of this information i google mapped the coordinates with an estimation to how close it was to the corner of foothill Blv and myrtle Ave (which was also provided in the estimation). it seems completely weird that the location on the corner happens to be a (cell phone store) Wireless Edge,? 432 South Myrtle Avenue Monrovia, CA 91016 (626) 358-8724. In google maps this land line is listed as a verizon carrier as well. this place sells verizon phones someone should investigate

So I got the same phone call on this number with all the same things that happened to everyone else. They had everything of mine. All my personal information. they called my work and my cell phone and i did every step i could to aviod being "ARRESTED"  I had contacted the state troopers office and asked them about this and they told me to look at this website and enter in the number that called and it is For sure a scam! Now that i think of it. What Police Department is going to call you and for warn you that there coming to arrest you???? I was so freaked out when they said this. But i made a report with my police department. I really really hope they catch these people.

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THEM AND THEY SAID THEY BEEN TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF ME THEY SAID THAT I OWE THEM MONEY AND I SAID WHEN DID THE CHARGES START THE SAID BACK IN OCTOBER AND THEY SAID THAT NEVER COULD REACH MY ON THE PHONE.  WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK THEY SAID THAT I OWE THE 495.00 AND I SAID WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THEY SAID THAT THE SHERIFF WILL SHOW UP AT YOUR JOB AND TAKE YOU TO JAIL AND I TOLD THEM THEY HAVE TO SEND DOCUMTATION THAT THE CHARGES WHERE FILED I ASKED THEM WHERE THEY SENT THE FORMS AND THEY SAID THROUGH MY EMAIL AND TO MY HOME ADDRESS I THEN ASKED THEM WHEN SENDING COURT DOCUMENTS THEY HAVE TO BE SENT THROUGH COURIER AND HAVE TO BE CERTIFIED AND THEN THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE.  THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT TOOK THE CALL WAS MICHEAL JOHNSON AND KEITH ANDERSON.  IT'S A SHAME THAT PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THERE MONEY AND TRY TO MAKE IT AND THEN THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT TRY TO GET OVER ON YOU. FOR ANYONE WHO READ THIS "GOD WILL BRING YOU THROUGH IT AND STAY PRAYERFUL".

Yes got a call from them. I told them my husband has had a stroke and can not talk. They still wanted him to come to the phone.
After I was asking questions he said he had a pay day loan with this company we a out ragious amount. After that they hung up quickly. The man could not even speak english good. This is a scam.

I received a call today from a man. He had an accent. He left a vmail saying he needed me to call regarding a legal matter. I called and it kept saying the mailbox was full. I finally got through and he said there was a lawsuit against me because of a loan I got in my account which is a lie. I haven't received a loan at all. He told me my name, ss number, where I worked, and the name of my bank. And said the sheriff were coming to arrest me tomorrow at my job. I said that's a lie. I don't have no loan. He said well tell the sheriff that and hung up in my face. I was like wtf. Then a few hours later he called again and left the same exact vmail he left earlier that day. It sounded like it was recorded. So now I find this and believe its a scam. But its scary that they have your information. If they keep calling and harassing me I'm calling the real laws. It's ridiculous. I could tell it was fake because there was no professionalism at all. And then to just hang up in my face. Like really? I hope he or they get caught. I don't find that funny to be messing with people like this.

My wife and I received about 6 calls from this number today.  The man refused to give a company name or personal name.He has social security numbers, places of employment and bank account information.  He stated it was a legal matter from an unpaid payday loan.  We never received any pay day loans so that told us it was fraud right there, and we looked up the number on here to see what everyone was saying.  The number is a landline phone based out of Monrovia,Arcadia CA.  When this creep was called back he said to stop harrassing him............I say Stop harrassing us .  Anyway we spoke to the LA County Sheriff's Dept. and they said that they are onto this guy and are looking into it further.  We were also informed that the FBI is building a case on this guy.  When he was called back to be informed that his local authorities had been contacted he freaked out and used all kinds of foul language, and asked why I was calling from a Private #, I just simply asked him how it felt to be harrassed and have the police threatened on him.  He hung up on me.We have yet to hear back from him.

Wth!? This guy had an accent so I?m pretty sure his name is not Erin Hudson.

I received the same call. I called the Monrovia Police Department, the town from which the call originated. The police called the number twice and made contact with someone they could barely understand. The officer said they promptly hung up on their call when the person figured out they were receiving a solicitation from a police department.

Got a phone call yesterday at my business from this number.  He was looking for one of our employees, I told him he was not here and he left a message.  He wanted him to call Michael Johnson at this number.  Today this guy calls and continuously calls back blocking all incoming and outgoing calls.  He has cussed my husband and daughter calling them liars and that they are not management he wants to talk to management.  A real b****ead!!!  Had to call AT&T to get my phone line released from his grasp.  Also put in a call to the local sheriff's dept.

Same thing happened too, I was at work when he left me a voicemail. I couldn?t understand him, he said his name was something-Hudson? I didn?t understand the rest of the message clearly but said I should give him a call as soon as possible or something and wished me luck if I don?t return his call. He left the same voicemail on my work phone. Thinking what the hell is going on, I returned the call twice and it said the mailbox was full. I made another attempt which rang then hung up.

I got a call today saying i better get my lawyers ready and gave there number didn't know what it is about because they only left there number and what the heck saying there gonna get the police after me come on what kind of scam is this and Payday Loan never got one so don't know who this is .Stop or Iam calling the cops on them ...And that is it

I have been receiving very unprofessional calls from this number threathening me with a lawsuit and that I am going to jail. First of all you who call obviously dont know my family background very well, full of policemen and friends that are attorneys. The bad? They have my SS#  and that scares me

Just got a call from that same number. The guy said the police will be at my job in the morning.. whats scary is how they gave my SS# I call back and they could give me no info on my loan. Then I call and pretend like I was the police and that we got your number trace back to Calif. He hung up quick

MARK CALLED ME AT WORK VERY RUDE SAYING THE POLICE WERE ON THERE WAY TO GET ME. KEVIN CALLED MY BOSS AND TOLD HIM TO FIRE ME AND THE POLICE WERE ON THERE WAY TO GET ME.

Called my job and left a message tellin  me to contact  Mark Williams with my attorney and do not ignor or legal actions will be taken. I did not speak 2 them personally, this message was left with the corporate which was forward to my manager.

I also received a threatening call from this number on my cell and at work, sound like the smae message everyone else received.  Very creepy and disturbing!!

This guy "Mark Wilson" has been calling my cell and tracked down my work #, I will take action against him.

I recieved a phone call today from the same people and they asked if the sheriff department called me! I mean really the sheriff department shows up on your door step and I keep calling back so I can cuss the soul out! I'm grown and have worked hard to get what I have, the nerve of some people to try and come over here and take it! Its definitely a scam. As a matter of fact I think the are from the same company about government grant dept. They called a couple weeks and they had the same woman and man combination. I have filed for the bbb to investigate both companies. Trying to steal money from people(smh)!

This dude called my job...I have no IDEA what's he's talking about...even said GOOD LUCK with what will happen to me...I don't understand this at all
