Call about credit card debt and how they can help.  When finally got through automated stuff, actual live person hung up when asked who was calling and before could tell them to remove number from list.  Nuisance call, should not be allowed.

They call me about once a week for over 5 months. I always ask to be removed from the call list and they always hang up. I filed a complaint with the FTC and the Ohio Att.Gen.s office.

I think this ir ripe for a class action lawsuit, is there any attorneys out there looking into this?  

I am certian that cannot refuse to remove you from their call list.

I received this call at 12noon.When I answered a man said"Hello,I am John Stevens with Debt Solutions". I hung up because I have no real way of knowing who I am speaking with.This call came from a cell phone.The caller ID said cell phone with no business name on it.

I get a call about two times a day then when i ask to get off the list, same as everyone else, i get hung up on. This has to stop some how some way. theres got to be some kind of authority we can go to and complain to. PLEASE HELP!!!

Guy just called asking me to press one to talk to a representative.. because i requested information on how to get out of debt. I hung up and immediately tried calling the number back but got busy signals, and when i did get through it only rang and rang.

I really wish someone would have picked up. I wanted to give them a piece of my mind. :)

anoying sales call...i cant get them to stop calling...a couple of times a day..

I have received repeated calls (another one today)from "John Stevens at Debt Solutions" from this number 626 259 5536. I keep getting these calls at work and when I try to tell the guy off - to stop calling my work line,  its automated and not a real person so there is no way to opt out.

Annoying call at 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning.  I requested that my "unpublished" phone number be removed from their list, they hung up.

I have received the same call several times a day everyday for the past several months (?)  They claim I am in debt for $6000 at a rate of 29.9% interest.  Or, perhaps this is a message they use to continue to harrass me.  I am not in debt and don't anticipate being in any.  I have asked them several times to have my number taken off of their calling list.  Their operators have been rude to me telling me I need a code to get off of their list when I questioned the operator about this odd requirement she told me that I was "the dumbest person she had ever spoken to" and continued to berate me telling me what she thought were insults ("that I must not be married . . . must not have anything better to do with my time ... and that I was harassing them)

At any rate, from the information I gathered (I don't know how accurate this is), the supervisors name is "Marcus" the operators are located on 14373 Beach Blvd.  Jacksonville, Florida  32050.  The supervisor "Marcus" is on the 33rd floor and the operators are on the 30th floor.

The phone number shows up as a California number and I was told that their so called "agents" are located there.

I have called my telephone company and they are getting in touch with their legal department and will call me back.  I will need to have a supoena issued (to do this call 311 and request information about how to proceed with this) to get the phone records from my telephone company and I plan to take legal action, not only against that company but the many others that do not take my number off their call list and continue to harass me on a daily basis.  I often work from home and these calls have added up to a number of lost work hours.  At this point legal action should be worth my while.

I urge strongly that anyone in the same situation do the same.  Telemarketers are getting more desperate especially as the economy weakens and more people inevitable will find themselves in debt.  All of us regardless of whether we are in debt as we will receive telemarketer spam 10-50 times a day.  Change will only occur if we all take action, whether it is harassing them back or taking legal action.

i get calls nearly every day from theis number. i hang up an they call right back. i asked them to remove me from their calling system and they hang up. i want the calls to stop. it is harassment.

Same as all above mentioned comments...I too am reporting them to the BBB...I have received 8 calls already today and it is only 11am... I made it as far as to give them fake information to their fake "agent" and still when i asked to be romoved they hung up...I am soooo frustrated..

This company is a scam.  They keep calling and hanging up when more information is requested.  There are no "agents" only slugs  that are taking advantage of many unsuspecting people.  There must be a way help stop these scums.  They have bothered me a number of times and I would somehow like to share that same kindness with them.

called my house and left personal information including dollar amount on my answering machine.  I called back 4 times and was hung up on.  Three times, I requested to speak with someone who could tell me who in my household they were calling; how they got our number and where they got the information they were leaving.  The 4th time I asked for a supervisor and was told they would take my number off their list and then was hung up on.

I get so tired of trying to get them to quit calling and they just hang up on you.

They have called numerous times saying the same thing: "Josh" operator telling you that you have $6000 in CC debt. Pressing 1 gets you an operator who hangs up on you immediately if you ask to get off the list.

I called back three times requesting to be removed from the call list. Everytime I asked, they hung up on me. The fourth time I asked to speak with anagent and then got them confirm that they would remove me from the list. We'll see.

Called two times within 10 minutes... annoying automated call interrupting our business. Called the number back to have them remove from our number, they hang up before you can get the words out. I tried twice..twice they hung up. They are an interuption on our business line. This must be stopped.

The name of the company is called Northside Lead Corporation

Called claiming we have thousands of dollars in credit card debt. We're the government, we don't get credit card debt!
