I receive calls about once a day from a recording saying they are Josh and I have credit card debt and a high interest rate that they can fix.  I don't have credit card debt.  I have pressed 1 to be connected to a human being and asked them each time to remove my name.  Each time they hang up on me.  I have called the number back several times and asked to speak with someone to have my number removed and each time they hang up on me.

This number called me at 4:46 AM this morning on my CL phone. I did recently go bankrupt so from what I read here it was probably a refinance of money which I have none of, hence the reason I went bankrupt.  If the call was routed to me from India, it must of been someone over there that doesn't have the brains to know they are on the other side of the world, time-wise. I didn't answer it so maybe they won't harass me with another wake up call like that.  I also have been getting alot of snail mail about refinancing and the like so it is public record that one goes bankrupt and they are just trolling off of the list.

P.S. Bitterness is like taking poison and expecting someone else to die! Let it go people or it could kill you.

called and spoke with several people, none of which would talk to me several of them hung up on me when i actually got to a "quote unquote supervisor" i was able to curse at them for about a half of second and then they hung up on me. this is a scam and this is b***s*** if i find the little terd nuggets who are masterminding this bull im going to shove there a** up a crisco tree. btw, i also recorded my telephone call in which im going to use as evidence when i sue there f****n a**.

I just for a call from this number 626-273-8280 on my CELL, they were looking to help me consolidate credit card debt. Like the others in this thread, I have no debt, and when i asked where they got my number, they hung up, i called back 2x and when i asked to have my number removed from their call list, they hung up again. I gave up after that, but think that someone from some agency should investigate, as this can be a ID theft operation for unsuspecting people. Their accents seemed to be Indian.

Called me on 11/9 at 11:30 EST. Asked me if I wanted to report any debt. I answered that I have no debt and to take my number off of their list and they hung up on me.  So I began to call them back and play along with them. I hung up several times and blew a whistle several times.  Every now and again, I'll call them to play around with them. Let them see how it feels to be harrassed.  I advise everyone to call them!

I called back & was h/u on several times before I even got the type of business out of it. I have no debt or anything. So I asked for my number to be removed several ppl h/u on me. I am reporting this suspicious activity to the g.a. B/c they are not listed on the web as anything and I have no information on this company whatsoever.

I didn't answer but called back and nothing the I'd syd foresite?
