Funny , this is a California number and they call me at 8:30am est. that would put their time at 5:30am pacific time ! Good thing I have the call block feature on my iPhone !

Also received call that woke me up from (626) 338-8932, Covina, CA. Probably the same dip wads who stole the info from the Target computers & tried to get me for over 10K. Alert bank stopped them!

Just got a call from 626-338-8932 telling me to press 1 to have my interest rate lowered. My gut told me it was fake since it didn't identify the credit card company. Also, calls from banks are usually toll free. I'm glad I checked this out online. Thank you!

Recorded message to lower interest rate on your credit card. Obviously a scam because when I connected to them a man with a heavy accent said it was to lower interest rates on visa or MasterCard and would not give me a company name. I hung up. Do not give these people any personal information. If you have an IPhone you can block this number and I strongly suggest you do.

Just got a call from this number. Thought it was from my health insurance company so I answered. I got the "there are no problems with your account" and "lower your interest rate" stuff and then the phone hung up. Thought that I would see who it was so I came on this site to check it out. They are extremely busy today.

Just got a call from this number. Immediately turned them into the Federal Do Not Call list. Filing complaints has worked for me in the past, and i would encourage everyone to do it. You must first however include you number into the Do-Not-Call list.

My lovely hospice gals and I are shaking our heads with these most awful people who aren't capable of holding down a decent job -- and must sit on the other end of a phone all day -- how very sad. Perhaps these calls will stop once I'm dead and gone.
