this company keeps calling my number at work stating i owe some type of payday loan which they said i took out in december 2010.  i would like to know exactly what company this is.

They have been calling me at work for the last six months or so.  Stating they will be filing a court case.
First they said they were with some Federal agency.  Hard as hell to tell which one with them sounding like Apu from the Simpson,s.  Now they are with the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs.
What a crock!!!!

They left a message with my employers, which happens to be the city. My employers then called me to give me the message. Which was, 'It is urgent that you call back at 626-379-8607. It's is regarding your mother, she has been hospitalized. Ask for Matthew Alex.'
Hospitalized?! I called her cell directly. She was fine, of course. And on her way back home from vacation.
WHO WOULD STOOP SO LOW! I'd love to meet this piece of s**t in an alley way.

These guys are morons. They barely speak English and like to use American names. So far they've called from phone numbers 646-499-5911 and 626-373-8607 just today. New York and California respectively. Same guy, so they're spoofing phone numbers.

They always say there's going to be legal action and that you'll be arrested if you don't pay them money. One call last week even said he was a federal agent.

I wish I knew what the common thread was between everyone that's getting calls. Who got hacked or what website has everyone gone to? I can only think of a couponing site, but which one?

Not only do I get calls from this number but from some number back east all saying the same thing about some lawsuit. I got a call yesterday and told them it was all a scam and he yells at me saying I'll show you how much of a scam this is when I file the papers in the court house. I told him to be my quest and to hold his breath until I answer again. I get these calls every month and have for the past 6 months. I'm sick of it and there has got to be a way to put a stop to them.

THIS IS AN EXTORTION SCAM. Scammers pretend to be law enforcement (police, sheriff, Feds, AG's Office, fake cop agencies with made-up names) and may be using bought/hacked loan application data to extort money or personal info for fictitious crimes.

Man calls over and over for an employee, but said employee is not allowed personal calls at work..  So I just tell the guy NO!!!!  Please call on Personal number.  He tries to yell and such so I just disconnect call.  Next time this guys calls you just hit a button and after the tone say Please be advised this call is being monitored.  they will quit calling at least till next month.  I heard they are only allowed to call a person for collections once every 30 days at their job and 2 times a week on a home phone.

Just got a call asking for another member of my household. Was an indian guy who said his name was "Roy Smith". Wouldn't tell me what the call pertained to, just told me to pass it on to the family member that he asked for. Suspicious.

This number along with the 916 number above have been calling me non STOP!!!! for about 2 months now. I dont know what to do they harass me at my workplace and on my cell!!! Dont feed into their lies. they are indian guys with american names :/

Don't even feel bad! I have been getting these calls for almost a month from these ignorant indian guys! they start exactly at 5am and stop at 12am non-stop calling! hopefully i'll find something online to stop them from calling

This is the same idiot that contacted me from 916-395-0000.  They do nothing but harrass me about a supposed lawsuit that I have never even got a subpoena for.  I just cursed them out and they called me back 12 times in a row.  Just ignorant and sick.
