College educational loan department.

Someone keeps calling from this number, but refuses to leave a message.  I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't recognize, so I have no idea who this is.

educational loan call. possibly from having registered to vote and taking a survey. call back and will be given option to be put on "do not call list"
