this company ignores my repeated attempts to stop calling my cell phone and my work. they are being reported as harrasing callers and need to stop their illegal practices

these people are a fraudulent collection agency who threaten you with a bogus law suit. they are in direct violation of the fair debt collection laws and have been reported multiple times.

I also got a call from these guys today.  My wife and I actually both did.  They gave my wife very little info, other than the last four of my social.  Along with that, they told me I had some civil suit filed against me in CA.  I don't live in CA, and I haven't actually even visited there for more than 6 years... at which time my visit was very brief.  I believe this is a SCAM and have sent the information on to my own lawyer for further investigation.  If you receive a call from this number or are asked to call back this number I would do your own thorough investigation to avoid identity theft.

Someone called my number from this phone number 626-538-5429 and left a lot of personal information for someone that I don't even know.   I called them back and told them not to call me.

My dad keeps getting calls from a person who claims to work for Los Angeles court house, he says my dad is being sued when asked what this matter is about he never knows the reason why or who's trying to sue him and just mentions to call and talk to some attorney. We are not even from Los Angeles area to start with scams and their threats.
