Hey tina. so you ignored their call too. Man, i did that and i got pulled over and then found out i had a warrant for missing my court date. bail was like 10,000 and i had to bail out for 1,000. that just sucked. they towed my car and i had to pay to release it and the days i had it in. and had to stay in jail until the paperwork was processed. IT WAS ALL HELL. I HATE THEM, they should of told me how serious it was

Actually I received a similar call and I thought it was my student loan or credit card but it ended up being an old employee who sued me. S***, Your lucky if it's just a old debt

It's a scam, I've had the same calls to stating that if I don't contact them in 24 hours, I would be served... so I didn't and NOTHING! Don't buy into it, they buy off old debts and try to scam you for money.... it's illegal

Keep getting call telling me they are process servers and want me or my lawyer to call. Won't identify from whom or what they suing about, I keep ignoring. Sound threatening am reporting to FCC.
