I received a call from them but didn't answer. I also receive e-mails 1-888-264-2676 Tax Defence Network, are they the same?
The message gives a call back number as 888-829-6911

Yes you're right. Both number fraud. 626-638-2029 same as 888-829-6911. Called me to today.

This number just called me and didn't leave a message. The time was 6:22 am!!!! It scared the xxxx out of me, because who would call that early in the morning, except a family emergency!! Now I'm so frenzied, I can't get back to sleep. I'm in California and so is this number...WHO WOULD CALL A PERSON AT 6:22 IN THE MORNING?????

They are not the IRS. They are a tax relief company that helps with IRS problems: unfiled tax returns, audits, etc. They got an F with the BBB although they are coming off as an A-rated company. One of the CFOs is sitting in prison right now for fraud. The company is no good from what I have read.

this number keeps harassing me... I'm soo sick of it. they don't leave a message and they don't stop calling even though I tell them to stop... so now I humor myself when they call and I answer the phone and mute it... they stay on for 10 mins or so and start yelling at me to talk... hahaha
