they called my elderly grandmother to day and said i had till 5pm today to call or i would be arrested i called  an attorney and they researched the company called federal processing services and to me that it is all fraud

lady....no your not a lady,,ladies dont lie you work for this low life company and you are a low life sleazy debt collector and your not making any money...GOOD AND IM GLAD YOUR NOT MAKING ANY MONEY,

they called me saying my exhusband had taken out an online loan and because my name was on the account it had gone into, i was going to be charged with a felony for a bad check unless I paid them that day. They collected info from my mom and used it to their advantage. My lawyer explained that this is a scam. The federal processing service is based out of India, they hack into the computer to find info on old internet loans, and tell lies to get money. She said you are throwing your money out the window. and also that the FBI is looking for them, but because they use a number that looks like it comes out of the US, they cannot find them. It's a major scam.

i got the same call i did get a prepaid card an sent them 50 they sent me a statement saying i made a payment so it is true

they called me too said the same thing and wanted me to go get a prepaid card to pay them or I would go to jail for check fraud.  I reported them to the FCC they also go by the name of federal processing services.

This is a debt collector.  They are trying to scare you.  They referred to fraud with us as well, and when I inquired further, they lost steam.  I work in a corporate legal department.  They targeted one of the employees.  They said they planned on serving a summons.  I told them to please do so, but that we would not let them in the building.

I got the same call, and I'm worried it's a fraud. They are saying I have until tomorrow or they will serve me with a supoena? Have you talked to them anymore?
