Been getting calls from this number but I ended blocking the number. I have tried calling it back but it said my call cannot be completed as dialed.

Same guy calling once every two to three months. Sounds Afro-american, maybe older. Says he is from the "home center" in my city. I've interrupted him every time to tell him that we don't take phone solicitations, that we're on the DO NOT Call list. He gets very surly and mocking--won't give me the name of his supervisor. I woud love to get the FCC on this phony company.
