their computer system calls the wrong number.

They are blowing up my phone

They called all my previous neighbors looking for me.  They even were calling my children.  I am not the person they are looking for I just have the same name.  Apparently they don't do their homework on who they are looking for.  Just so you know the company is located in Houston.  It is located on the Inner Loop just off of Hwy 610 near the Gallaria Area of town.  Too bad they like big flashy signs there.

Hey guys I had the same Call, Called back and was incountered with unproffessional people, very rude. So today I will make another Complaint....keep passing the word... This unprofessional office should be closed DOWN!

I received a call as well. Similar case. If anybody receives a phone call from this number, don't even think to answer. They are very rude!

I got this call today and I did not answer since I know no one has our number. We just moved to the area so this number was never given out. I called the number back and blocked my number from showing up. The man I spoke to was very rude and when I asked him what this company was, I was told that I had to give him my information...Yeah right, like I'm going to give this guy my info! Anyway, I felt like I was threatened by him from the way he told me they will keep on calling. I told him I was on the do not call list and he told me that they are exempt that they are a goverment agency and consumer affairs. UMMM WHAT! what goverment agency and what consumer affairs will be calling me...So I asked him what he ment by consumer affairs he told me purchases that people makes. I haven't made a purchase that is outstanding and my credit is suppurb so what the heck. I will note any other calls this place makes to my number and I will report this to the FCC if this continues.

I received another call from this company. I managed to find out they are a collection agency apparently looking for someone that had my tel. years ago. Again when I asked how they got the number and what verification they do for tel.numbers, I was treated very rudely. I have submitted one FCC complaint at this time and will submit others for every time they call back. I suggest anyone else do the same. Bureau it notes that they basically received so many complaints, they terminated their membership.

They asked for someone that is longer associated with the number they called. When I asked for the supervisor and questioned them how they got my number and explained they were in violation of FCC regulations, they told ME not to play games and hung up on me. Very professional organization, eh?

KEEPS ON ASKING FOR A FAMILY MEMBER THAT DOES NOT LIVE HERE AND WILL NOT TELL WHAT IT IS IN REGARD.  THE LADY SAID SHE COULD NOT TELL ME, BECAUSE IT WOULD BE A VILOTATION OF FEDERAL STATUTES. I SAID AGAIN THE PERSON YOU WANT IS NOT AT THIS ADDRESS AND IF SHE DID WANT TO TELL ME WHAT SHE WANTED I WAS NOT GOING TO PAST ON ANY INFORMATION.  SHE SAID I SHOULD NOT SCREEN THE CALLS I RECEIVE AND I SAY "SCREW OFF THEN".
