This number keeps calling me

I have gotten this message before. They give you a survey. Now, wait for it. They call back in a few days and tell you that you have "won" a free water quality test and they can send someone out to check your water quality.  Not sure to what degree it is a scam. I suppose it depends on if they call back EVERYONE offering them the "free" water quality test which will undoubtedly show that you are drinking raw sewage which will be followed by the hard sell for some sort of water treatment system where they assure you your children will die if they keep drinking this stuff.
