I'm slightly behind by a partial payment, and the next payment is not due yet. They are calling me at work and on my cell phone innumerate times a day. I spoke to a lady at one point thinking it would help to tell them I had made a payment online, and she lectured me like I was her mother. I'm sorry, but I'm not behind on my loan, there's no reason I need to call you by 9 p.m. and there's no reason you should be calling incessantly. Apparently many others have the same problems with Toyota Financial. How ridiculous.

They call constantly even after Toyota /financial Services admitted they made a mistake claiming I owed for a back payment. This admission came after about 10 harassing calls. I pay on line and as Toyota admitted I have never missed a payment. Toyota has not apologized instead the calls continue. Good-bye toyota forever, I will never buy or lease another Toyota.

Hourly for a week now...... Hourly even on weekeds....... Hourly starting at 0800 today..... HOURLY!!! (Sometimes 2xs in an hour)........ I think that is harassment.

i get call from 630 -714 all toyota ppl. harassed u till 10 pm i guess it there night shift end. let sign peition i am sure it will cross 1 million within a week, ppl who are harassed by toyota . can't wait till we have class action lawsuit against toyota for harassment.

if i have to rate who harassed you most . i would say toyota financial. call u starting from 8 am till 10 pm in night.with different number 630/714 .we should file a class action law suit for harassment against toyota . isan't it debt collector can't make more than 3 call /day that law.
