Actually, slander would be putting someone's name in writing on a website and saying disparaging things about them.  Hmm... what is the only name being slandered on this site?  Mine.  I am the victim of this heavily accented man calling me repeatedly.  It's funny, because he obviously thinks I am unaware of the law.  He keeps leaving messages saying that his "lawyer is right here", although if his lawyer was right beside him, his lawyer would be hanging up the phone because he is breaking several laws by harassing, disparaging, slandering, and otherwise trying to intimidate us.  I sincerely hope he attempts to sue me or my company so we can finally be rid of him.

Client with heavy (presumably Indian) accent will call obsessively and ask for extensions of higher ups, including, but not limited to, CEO, VP, and directors of departments.

Client gets increasingly belligerent and uses foul language to intimidate anyone who answers the phone.

Has called our company at least 50 times in the last couple of hours.

Called the company I work for and asked for the owners name, said he was checking with the secretary of state and looking for the owners name, when I asked what it was regarding, he said he wanted to purchase equipment, I told him that he would need to talk to the sales department, he swore and called me a BIT and hung up.
He then called the sales department later in the day and told the sales secretary that he would not leave a message and he was controlling this conversation, told her to F Off and hung up.
This man is insane.

Man with accent, sounds like an east indian guy called and kept asking for the owner of the place.
And i wasn't telling. He kept asking, don't you know the owner, and kept bullsxxting. At last he was being rude and hung up the phone.

Man with accent. Kept telling lies about who he was... first he's from the phone company trying to sell us phones, then he's saying he's being harassed by our number (never called that number ever before!)....
