My wife received a call from this number, with the caller Id name K&B Financial. They identified themselves as being Blue Cross of Illinois, and asked if we had selected a Medicare plan for next year when my wife turns 65. (She's nowhere near this age, and Blue Cross would have known that...) The Medicare Marketing Guidelines prohibit outbound calls by plans, so this must be a broker.
