They hung up when I asked to take a message.

They identified themselves as Ameribank.  Called me by name and asked if I was the owner.  Asked if I take credit cards.  I said no, I have no need to take them, am a small business.  They she said, "Are you at home?"  I said why, and she hung up.  That kind of freaked me because it made me wonder if they were planning a break-in if I said NO.

Received a call from 630-625-7000.  He asked if ****** was the business owner.  I asked who was calling and he said that his name was Quinton.  I then asked Quinton what the call was regarding and he told me that he asks the questions and I am to answer, he answered my question - I need to answer his.  Everyone had a great laugh with Quinton's comment since our phone conversations are recorded and I politely forward his statement to everyone in the office so they could hear this jack a** who actually would think his bully tactics would work. HAHAHAHA!

I said the owner doesn't work here and I'm the manager and just as quickly she hangs up on me. The rudest thing a telemarketer can do hang up on you when they are bugging you. Of course they didn't identify themselves, I got the info when I called back the # on caller id. Also call this # and have them remove you 888-548-4255 I was actually able to reach someone and asked to be removed. I found this # by going searching for the company and going to contact us page. obviously they don't have anyone to answer the other line. get creative :)

Calls and asks for owner by name I tell them he is not available and before I can finish my sentence can I take a message, they hang up. This is very rude and unprofessional!!!!!   Try to call back and will not connect to anyone, machine just says not available and all voicemails are full. The answering services identifies the company as Ameribank National. We definitely will not be doing business with people like this!!!!  How do we stop them from calling?

These people are terrible. I woulkd love to call them and refuse to identify myself and then slam the phone down in their ear just like they do with me.

Can't these people find real jobs instead of harrassing me?

On 5/16/12 we received a message on our business answering machine.  It sounded like some drunken older guy with a real gruff voice insulting my outgoing message and saying I sounded like a "punk".  In tracking back I found this site, I also called this number today (5/21).  I couldn't leave a message because it was "full."  No doubt with people complaining about this drunken moron from Chicago, he sounds like some kind of disgruntled Rahm Emanuel supporter.

CAN ANY ONE STOP THESE CLOWNS? I HAVE A JOB TO DO FOR MY CUSTOMERS NOT ANSERING STUPID PHONE CALLS LIKE THIS JUST TO BE HUNG UP ON!

I got a call asking me to verify my company information.  The outsourced caller spoke so fast and with such bad english that I couldn't understand him.  I heard something about Google and web oxygen, but I had talked with Google the day before.  So I told him I was sorry and hung up. His verifier "Julia" called back.  When I didn't cooperate she started screaming and gave the phone back to the indian guy who proceeded to reprimand me, and then called me a F***ing B**** over and over.  I spoke with his supervisor who apologized.  Then I called Web Oxygen. If I had agreed to their verification, I would have been signed up for a $99.95/month package!  Trying to sell someone a package when no money was mentioned and all information was relayed by someone who could barely speak english.  When I realized this is a scam, I tried to end call. I was cussed like a dog.  This is FRAUD!!  I know these people are just trying to make a living, but so am I.  I hate telemarketing calls, and when some one gets out of line, you have no recourse. Our government no longer cares about all the scams run by telemarketing companies.

asked to be takin off call list and she called right back and told me no!! horrible and rude!!! then she forgot to hang up the phone on her end and I heard her telling co-workers about how she told me NO and my response and they were all laughing!!!  Im going to put their number in every gas station rest stop in America.......

Leslie from "Ameribank National" called me asking to speak to the "owner" so she could schedule a time for one of their representatives to come out and do a presentation. After I let her know she would not be able to speak with the owner, she said "Thanks for wasting my time!" I told her it was my pleasure and hung up. If you call the number back, none of the options work.

This is a card processing provider. Babbling on about how a new law went into effect to reduce the fees charged to merchants. Blah, Blah and Blah, there are full of sh**! Will try to pry info out of you, so I did the same to the person on the other end of the phone. Then I told them, we already have a processor and are happy with them and that is all the info they will be getting.

asked for person by name. calling from ABN. On look up of name and location, I found ABN AMRO FINANCIAL SERVICES. It's a financial services company for commercial bans. that means bill collector.
