this is like the 3rd or 4th time this number has called me, and they don't leave a voicemail, i have my number on a don't call list so i would like to have these calls stopped

I jsut called the number and listened thru the response system. Choice #6 takes you to a human where I told them I wanted the calls to stop. I gave the guy my number and he said it was now on their do-not-call list. If you want the calls from them to stop, give it a try... cant hurt as they ALREADY have your number, and just need to know which one to remove from the list.

I answered and after a couple seconds of silence a recorded message played about some meeting at DeVry Institute. A quick check of the area code and first three numbes comes back as Oak Brook, Illinois. It hung up after the call...  I detest robo-calls!

yep it's devry and its auto phone dail so you will get them for a minute then they will stop a month later.  Just dont answer.  We all went on line for college info and this is the harrassment we get.  Phoenix also.

This number keeps calling my cell phone, but they don't leave a message.  I did check out online colleges the other day.  Now that I've read other posts...it makes sense.  It must be Devry.

I have a broken neck and these guys call my cell all the time burning my time up. It's like the economy not bad enough as it is, then you have donkeys ringing the phone, even if it's turned off. Can they be charged or prosecuted for this absurd behaveiour ? This has got to stop!!!!

Call 24/7, even late at night. Recorded message or dead air. Call 7 days a week. No contact number is provided. I do not owe anyone so this must be a telemarketer. I am on all DNC lists and will contact the state attorney general and ftc.

if you go to devry.com and go to live chat, you can ask them to take you off of their calling lise

DeVry is an online University, similar to University of Phoenix.  You're most likely getting calls because you requested information from them, or an affiliate.  They're trying to give you information to get your enrolled for one of their undergraduate or graduate programs.  

THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO HACK YOUR COMPUTER & YOU WILL BE CHARGED NO MONEY FOR ANSWERING.

They call my cell once a day... I told them I wasn't interested in them (went with another college instead), but they continue to call.

Yep, It's Devry...I never answer a phone call from a number I don't know BUT I checked out that website and then the calls started!  JUST DON'T ANSWER!  They never leave a message either anyway.....I think they want you to download the free games and then they get into your computer, it's a hacker!  All my files were deleted after I removed the games from my computer!

Yep- Devry. I've even picked up and asked them to quit calling. The calls still come.....

yes it started yesterday.  I remembered I was online and I could not continue unless I type in my phone number.  Thanks for the info because I was ready to answer the call!!!!

You signed up online for college information, it started for me after I checked out that devry website and put my iformation in. Apparently if you answer they will charge a lot of money.

All you do is call the number back. Press option 6 and speak with a rep from Devry and they will put you on their DO not call list. Calls will stop after 48 hours.

Jerks call twice a day

I wanted to look in to online courses and in order to view anything on their site you have to give your information. Stupid me, I gave them my actual cell number and now they won't stop calling. It's been roughly 6 months. I have answered once, told them I was no longer interested, and to please stop calling. That was about 3 months ago and I get a call at least once a week. I don't answer anymore.

TL;DR- Don't bother with DeVry.

I didn't want the calls either!! In order to have INFO sent by mail it's required to provide your name, address, and phone number. I checked the box that stated I wanted INFO sent by MAIL...I never said I want to get bothered EVERY single day of my life over it...Needless to say they NEVER sent me the INFO packet!!
