Found the Name on caller Id

Boy! This guy sure is a PITA! At 9:21 AM CT on a Landline, here's that TELENET ASSOC crap yet again. WHY can't they find out if this is legit?

We appreciate it! After seeing all the scam numbers in disguise, now we KNOW it's the SOS! So Arthur Zards is the $cum supposedly representing the Du Page FOP but today, 3/1/14 at 11:14 AM CT on the same Landline, this # comes up as TELENET ASSOC & the other day it was listed as NOT AVAILABLE! HOW do these fleabags get away with this? So in other words: it's the same but different. Why can't they be traced? It's VERY Frustrating!

Caller ID was for Telenet Assoc but the man who answered after 15 sec of loud music called me by name saying he represented the DuPage Fraternal Order of Police looking for donations.  After I told him he was a fraud I hung up.

Must be a scam! The caller ID says NOT AVAILABLE. That's a hot 1! This was on 2/18/14 @ 8:53 PM! CT! UGH! Just a BS hang up. GRR

Phone number came up as Telenet Assoc and hung up after 4 rings.

This phone number now comes up as "Telenet Assoc" but it is actually the DuPage County Sheriff police fund looking for donations...Also, it is has the name of Arthur Zards...The last two names/groups constantly call my phone number and others that I know of. Pathetic! I blocked this phone number...

Shows how little you know about the purpose of the Do Not Call list. This caller is soliciting donations and is not selling goods or services.  They are therefore exempt and in fact cannot even register for access to the DNC list since they are not selling goods or services.  Since they are not allowed access, how do you expect them to not call numbers on that list?

Received call on Sunday at 9:00pm.  Left no message.  So much for the infamous DO NOT CALL LIST.  What a farce.  Wonder how many members of Congress are not acting on this because of ?????????

Received a call from TELENET ASSOC - Music played to make it sound official then a man said my name and said he was from the DuPage County Sheriff's office asking for donations. I hung up immediately.

ANOTHER SCAMMER..There seems to be more and more of them on a daily basis...The second one of the day with the music...Arthur Zards

Answered and it was some guy asking for a donation to police fund something...he didn't say FOP. Sounded like a SCAM. The name menntioned above did not come up on my caller I'd...Telenet something.

Caller ID says Arthur Zards. Some kind of music played for 5 -10 seconds then it hung up

Calls and hangs up.  Does not answer when called back.  Caller ID says Arthur Zards.

Caller ID said "Telenet Assoc."  Hung up when recorder answered on 4th ring.  Reverse number lookup: global crossing in Naperville, IL.
