This company disregarded everything I said to them, used strong-arm threatening collection tactics, twisted my statements and was completely rude despite my willingness to call and speak with them. My one request was not to call my job and they refused to remove m y company phone. They also called my cell phone three times in an hour!

This collection agency is not an accredited business by the BBB, has a C+ rating and over 70 complaints regarding to collection practices.  Many of the clients this firm has in its portfolio are originators of internet payday loans.  Because of laws and regulations in your state, the terms of the loan they are collecting on may be in violation of consumer protection laws.

Do not engage with the caller(s) and do not argue back.  Ask for verification of debt and end the call.  If you are not provided with the required proof, submit a cease and desist and contact your state and the state of Illinois Attorney General.

To the jerks calling me right now - this very second - I know you are calling my mobile number from multiple lines at the same time to intimidate me.  You think your company looks good by doing this?  Think again.  Next time you call there might be a law enforcement officer on the line waiting to speak with you.

They've been calling me lately, which is why I googled the area code to see if there's any info pertaining to the phone # that shows up on caller ID.  I haven't answered since I don't recognize the number, but they've been calling for about a week approx. twice a day.

I just wanted to reply to your saying that 'they'll do anything to get their money:'  Any money YOU owe for a debt to a company is actually not THEIR money.  IF they happen to collect a debt someone owed to a company that turned it over to them, THEIR money would be what THAT company owes them for collecting it.  If they purchased a debt of mine, it could only be one from over 10 years ago, and if I bother to answer the phone, the first thing I would ask them is 'If it's MY debt, HOW did you get it?'  After they tell me, I would tell them, 'Well, then NOW it's YOURS, so YOU PAY IT!'

They called me again today and what's odd is that they called a phone we don't give out to anyone, only our mom has it, and she doesn't give it out because it's a 'family only' phone. O_o

They don't leave real messages just static. Losers. They don't even say who they are.

Have received a call from this company and this number (630-760-1110) *5* times yesterday - looking for an employee who works in a different state.

I gave each and every single person (each of those 5 people) who called yesterday the number to the office where this employee works. (Why do they have to call *5* different times and ask the same damb and dumb question *5 different times*?!?...Seriously, they can't get it right after the first 2 times?!...Are these people retards?!)

Today, I finally had it with them - I told them that if they called again, I would report them. Lo and behold, I kept my promise. (If they continue to harass me and this place of business, I shall take the next step and report them to the BBB.......And if that doesn't work?....I'll turn around and start calling/harassing them...Two can play at this same damb game.)

You can report them to the General Attorney. There are laws against those practices, they cannot keep calling your office after you told them to stop.   You can sue them. I hope this helps

some unprofessionally loud chick name sophie with alliance asset management calls and leaves a voicemail about attempting to collect a debt and tells me to call 866-864-8030..why would i call a toll free number to speak to you and you call from a different number (630-760-1110) in illinois and on a saturday morning at that?? i researched the company and they have no valid website just a rinky dink page with so-called email addresses and no phone number..the 630 and 866 number do not register to this company online by any means..

scam.....phony!!!  do not call these con-artists back...if you answer the phone, tell them to send you a dv (debt validation letter) in the mail to confirm your debt...this make s the company legal to collect a debt from you. if they, refuse then hang up and they will eventually leave you alone! without a dv they cant touch you legally and if you give them money, you are letting yourself get scammed!!!

These scam artists have called my work number a total of 16 times since Thursday.  And they called my house this weekend and claimed to be the American Cancer Society looking for a donation!  Just ignore these people, they are depending on you giving in and being scared.  Eventually they will go away.

This company has called me 6 times in one day saying I owe a hospital over 15,000.00 dollars!.  There is a big problem with this because the hospital they said I was suppose to be in , I never was!!!  And my medical insurance has taken care of all my hospital bills.  I told the woman that called me I never was in that hospital and I never want another phone call from them since I do not owe this bill.  She then asked me for my social security number and I said "NO NO NO!" "I DO NOT give that kind of information over the phone!"  And she then hung up on me.  Within 5 minutes the same company called but a different person and I told this person the same thing.  Hang up again.  Another 5 minutes, another call.  Hang up again.  This is ridiculous!!  This is pure harrasement!!!  I am  comtacting my attorney general and also my lawyer on this matter.  Something has to be done to stop these phone calls 6 times a day!
