two calls about an hour apart. the 2nd call left a long (almost a minute long) silent message, just enough quiet noise to keep recording on the message

I have been getting calls again from 630-780-1138. a silence and no message.May 26 & 27th 2011.also using 866-760-5159,800-325-3826 .constantly calling last two in particular.my caller id states the call is from Naperville,Il looked the # up and it show Elmhurst,Il and its a cell phone.

Number is from Spark Energy - I beleive it has to do with de-regulation of electrical servcie and they can be an alternate provider of electrical service other that ComEd
