Why do they keep trying? This was on 1/30/14 @ 6:20 PM CT. This time it's Downers Grov IL. Same Landline. Same BS.

Same Downers Grove scammers, so-called fundraisers . Callers use different names, never a last name (most recent caller is "Adam"). Loud music in background. Hangs up when asked to provide contact into. Sometimes leaves no message. Upon dialing the number, I get "temporarily unavailable" recording. Sometimes they call twice in same day. Harassing & annoying.

FOP scam.

2 calls from them in 2 days. Picked up second, call music was playing and then I was disconnected.

DOWNERS GROVE IL on 11/29/13 @ 12:26 PM CT. From a Landline. It must be that FOP BS scam again as they never answer & you can't call back.

Got these same calls in another Chicago suburb county as well.
They once asked my wife "do you feel safe?" implying that donating to the Fraternal Order of Police is the best way to keep safe.
On the same night, they called with caller ID of yadada Dupage FOP, I answered and hung up (knowing who they are), baby is sleeping, they called five minutes later from this number and caller ID of only "Dupage county."
At best this is FOP contracting out to an agressive/d****sh call center, at worst a total scam, either way, kiss my a**!

These $cammers are a royal PITA! This was on 11/19/13 @ 8:54 PM CT. Seriously??? Probably that fake FOP crap yet again. DNC & Unlisted means bleep! ENOUGH!!!!

Received a call from (630) 786-1363 caller ID says "FOP CHILD ID".  Answered on second ring with "HELLO", no responce then music, and disconnected after 10 seconds.

Just sent the number to the Jane County Sheriff! They said they know who it is. That's all they will tell me.

I answered the call and there was music playing - then it disconnected.  When I call the number back, message says 'this number is temporarily unavailable'.   Freaks !

This number called on 6/23 at 8:19 p.m. and did not leave a message.  630.786.1363 has called several times in the last few months and asks for donations for the FOP.  Get rid of them!  It's not legit but someone must be giving them money.

I got a call from this number late yesterday and ignored it. I figured that it was a local parasitic organization.

This site http://www.marigoldtech.com/lists/co.php?clli-code=CHCGILCN&npanxx=630-786 says that the call is SWITCHED out of downtown Chicago, despite its "Du Page-y" look.

Now it's back to Downers GROVE IL. UGH This was on 6/19/13 at 4:12 PM CT on a Landline.

The police should be able to trace where the call came from and do something about it.

I didn't answer and it wouldn't let a call go through when I called back.

Somebody whose identity came up as "FOP child" called this morning. Of course, I didn't answer. So, I blocked 1000 phone numbers from this b.s. caller using my new Digitone Call Blocker. Immediately after these parasites called, ANOTHER parasite called. However, the phone didn't ring because of my call blocker. All I heard was 2 clicks as the phone blocker decided if it was a legit call, or one I had blocked earlier.
Man, this thing has cut down on these scum sucking telemarketers calling some 90% or more.

Caller claimed to be fundraising for DuPage County Sheriff Frateral Order of Police Lodge 109.

Initially asked to speak to a [nickname] which is a nickname for my mother's full name (whose phone was called) never has used in her entire 89 years.  Her health is poor and I have never had a legitimate charity do anything other than apologize and agree to remove her number when I explain her situation and ask that the number be removed.

This caller kept insisting that he wanted to speak to [nickname], was very obstructive about providing information on who they were, and refused to identify himself as an individual.  He was extremely rude and unpleasant.  (If this organization isn't raising much money I can see why!)

Furthermore, the number they called (and since they had my mother's name, I would assume that they had the address) ISN'T in Dupage County.  Which is what I would have told him if he hadn't refused to remove her phone number from future calls and been so unpleasant.

When I attempted to call this number back I got "temporarily unavailable."

Called and no one was there..

Called on Sunday May 13, 2012 around 8pm.

This is getting ridiculous! Yet ANOTHER hang up from Downers Grove. DNC & Unlisted does'nt mean squat! This was on 5/12/12 @ 9:53 AM CT. GRR!
