Keeps calling all the day with out living a message. When I answer the call it doen't reply, keeps quiet.

Im getting the same thing any idea of who it is ?

They called this morning and did not leave a message.  I called it back and it was a college matching service.  It was an automated answer that gives you the option to press 1 and be put on their do not call list.  It literally took 5 seconds to call and put my self on the do not call list.

i'm having the same trouble. I googled the phone number and it said the nunber was from HARTLAND security inc.

Call the number back & press 1 to be added to their do not call history. It is a matching college service.

I did as Guy S. did, I called the number back and added my number to the do not call list, it literally took only seconds.  One thing though I've received calls from this same service before the number was 415-363-5624, I saved it on my phone as college matching services after I called the number back and added myself to their do not call list, and they have not called since.

This number calls me over & over & they never say anything so I call them back over & over & they never answer it just says a busy signal!

caller id says "degree c" but they do not say anything when i answer

I live in albuquerque NM, The random numbers are scams, i've recieved alot of these numbers , one time they called stating to wire me 5,000 usd grant money through western union, i pretty much played tricks on them  because they claimed they were from washington...yet  the area code was from pakistan, i told  them off, and they keep calling, what ever you do. don't fall for these gyps, they screw you 3 ways from sunday

The calls from this number just started this afternoon. I'm living in Grand Forks, and I know for a fact that is not Grand Forks or anywhere in North Dakota. But they called me at 12:46 and then now at 4:38. But everytime they call if would go to a voicemail, but they won't leave a voicemail, and to be honest with you I don't answer my phone to numbers I don't know, and if it was important enough then they could leave a voicemail.

Just received a call. Did  not "answer" - I just hung up on the call. Then tried to call back but received a fast busy signal.

just got a call from this number. For one they could not say my name right, so I told them they have the wrong number. Two the guy barely spoke english. If you can not speak english, DO NOT CALL ME. Then I tried to call them back to see what it was about. All you get is a busy signal....

How many of you clicked on an offer of government money for schooling?  I did as it offered info in just three clicks.....Never did go all the way through, after several minutes and giving phone and and address info I decided it was going too far and closed my browser.

I received one call this 11:51:39 AM and a very timid (as in training) male voice asked how he could help me find the school or college to advance my career.  I told him I had already made my applications and did not need his assistance.  I bade him a good day and hung up.  Tonight at 05:40:45 PM I got a hang-up call from the same number.

They've called my Portland Skype phone number 3 times and left no message.  Refused my callback.

Call the number back.  I did and all you will have to do is press one to get on their no call list.

They called my phone this morning.  I've been getting calls from two other numbers, one in California and one in Miami, so they might all three be related.

Theyve called numerous times. I just answered it and i heard a man and in the background an echo of a woman saying the same thing. Then wen they said my name repeatedly n nothing else i hung up. Wat is this?
