Received 3 calls back to back saying I had a case file being sent to court house if I didn't give them my cc or debit card to pay $225 to cash advance america for a loan that I took out in July 2011.

Some dot-head left a message on my cell, claiming a warrent for my arrest in NY for unpaid loans to a finance company I had never heard of...I called back to find out what it is, and maybe put an end to it, since I kept getting misdials and hangups from this number...he proceeded to read back my name and last 4 of SSN, and then proceeded to tell me I have legal charges pending in NY and that he would put the papers in motion to issue a warrent for my arrest. I ask him to provide proof that I owed money to anyone, and that he was in violation of the FDCPA, and I told him to go ahead and process the papers by shoving them up his a$$...then I would report them to law enforcement and FBI, then he said, "F%CK YOU A$$HOLE!" and then hung up..they have not called back yet. These guys have been around for a while by the looks of the complaints. Why is nothing being done???

Some guy with a foreign accent called and left a message on my phone stating that the State of New York is filing legal action against me. He also claimed that he was a senior attorney for some lawfirm, which I dont remember the title.The lawsuit was based on a loan that was taken from some finance company in NY. And I was being sued for the balance.

   I was not sure what he was calling about, so I called back the next day. He looked up my name, and ask me to verify the last 4 of my social...He proceeded to tell me that the state of New York was filing a lawsuit against me for unpaid debts to some financial company...when I ask him what company and to send me proof of the debt, he proceeded to get angry. I demanded that he show me proof that I owed the debt. He said, "You can provide proof when you are arrested and extradited to NY for your court hearing." I told him I did not appreciate being threatened and I said he was not obiding by the FDCP which any collections lawyer is aware of the FDCP. I also told him that I will contact my attorney for advice.He then said, "fine go to jail, I laugh at you and your attorney, It doesnt mean sh%t." Then he proceeded with a few 'f" words and I hung up....

631-209-6010 Robert Mathews keeps calling and harrassing my employee Robert Walton.
I have told them to quit calling here - does no good.
I had Robert in my office on a speaker phone a month ago and he told Mathews that he did not know what he was talking about - quit calling - or sue me.  They called agan this morning.

As an employer - what can I do.

I got this call at work.  His name wa Chris from New York.  He said my ss# said my information was used in something and I had to go to court.  No idea what he is talking about.  Help me please

Just got another call, that makes about 5 now since May, when I applied for a payday loan online.  I don't answer it or call them back, they obviously are from India, as I am a nurse and have many Indian patients.  Sad thing is, they are giving the entire Indian culture a bad name.  They are lying, dishonest, scammers.  No one gets arrested in America for past due debts, no matter HOW past due.  Someone within their organization needs to know that, as they make themselves out to look like idiots.  I suppose some elderly person who has dementia may fall for it, who has no one to turn to to advocate or protect them.  But come on India scammers, can't you come up with a better routine?  I mean, really??? What bums!

i just got a call today from a "chris rene" who told me the same thing that i had three felony charges against me. i told them someone tried that before and it was a scam and he assured me it was not a scam but if i wanted to contact my attorney i could and to have a nice day and hung up.

Received 2 messages from this number Yesterday, worked 2-10PM, left on voice mail. One from Anita Johnson and the other from Shane?????   Thank god, for look up's on the internet.  Same thing, will be going to court, something against your social security number and if you do call our office today you will be sorry, for what is going to happen to you. Glad I checked. Mind Blowing. Haven't caleed the number back yet, but, boy whwn I do!!!!!!!

I have been getting calls at my work and cell phone phone with the the same messages and threatening me and the same time harrassing me that i owe them money and if i do not pay them they will take me to court and end i will end up paying more for court fees.He said that there is a case against my name with my last four of my SS#  that i owe money. I asked them what company and to send me all the information so I can check it and they said they will send it after I pay them. They wont even give me the company name that i owe from.

These people when I wouldn't pick up my cell phone after they called me 34 times in three hours, called my work over 200 times.  My boss was nice to them and they called her lovely names and a liar.  I finally got the phone company, local law enforcement, and the FBI involved because they are claiming to be collecting on a debt for someone who died in 2006 and it's being considered identity theft.  We finally got to the point of putting them on hold and ignoring them.

Said I had a payday loan from Cash Advance America that was taken out in July 2011-quoted me bank account information that wasn't even correct.  Scam, Scam, Scam.  Refused to give me any documentation or paperwork when I asked for it.

These same people called me at this same number.. The man and I do use the term loosely was named Robert Smith saying that I had a loan but when asked to provide the necessary information he couldn't then when you start asking questions about what this all about.  wants me to give him my credit/debit card info and I told him it was a scam gets mad and tries to curse me out. so what me and my co workers did we started to call this number back over and over again just he did me and he and associates didn't like that at all.. we beat them at their own game..

This woman called my boss with a English accent she asked my boss to call her @ 631-209-6010.I called the number I received from my boss and asked to speak to Jessica Shaw she stated that she was in some kind of Federal Law Enforcement.I told her that she was not telling the truth,so she rung up in my face.I called back to report her boss,a man got on and cursed me out .

I received a call from this place as well.  They actually provided me with the person that they were calling, (who is not me) with his SSN#.  He gave me his address where I could send the $225 to avoid legal action which is 1501 Federal Highway, Apt. b3 South Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.  He said their legal department is operated out of this appartment and that I was wasting his time.  He called me stupid and said we were speaking on a federally recorded line.  When I informed him of the 3 laws he was breaking and asked how many he planned on breaking he said 3.  Anyone he speaks to he thinks is the person he is harrassing, including the females in the business.  Horrible SCAM.

This woman calls my cell and says my name is Jessica Shore from New York City she had an English accent and she said it was in regards to a loan that I made with a Financial Company called TCS. She left message on my voicemail and said it was important to get in touch with her in regards to this message it is time sentitive and important to get in touch with me right away.

Hi, I just received a phone call from a Peter Johnson at 631-209-6010.  He wnt on about my owing money.  He had an Indian accent.  Ihung up on him and googles this number and saw all these complaints.  I called him back and when he started    in again, I told him that I had called the FBI and he hung up on me.

Yeah...I got the same thing. A eastern Indian man named Mark...something, who had the last 4 digits of my ss#.  Said to prevent serious legal action against me, I needed to call him back "to make thing right".  Seriously?? When I called him back & told him that I never solicited ANY kind of debt consolidation nor have received any kind of loan, FROM ANYONE, he thanked me & hung up!

Tired of the legal/not accusations. I don't cheat people ever and never have had a crime in 73 years.
These people have my information and Social Security I  am reporting to FBI.

I JUST RECEIVED PHONE CALL FROM ALEX MORGAN FROM THIS NUMBER 1-631-209-6010, I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND HIS MESSAGE ON MY VOICEMAIL BECAUSE OF HIS ACCENT BUT HE HAS CALLED ME BEFORE AND HARRASED ME AND I HAVE NOT CALLED HIM BACK AND I DONT PLAN ON CALLING HIM BACK THIS TIME EITHER ITS A SCAM AND I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ANYONE ELSE I COULD NOTHING MAKES THEM STOP JUST DONT ANSWER CALLS AND THEY WILL STOP CALLING SOONER OR LATER UNLESS YOU WANT TO TALK TO THEM AND HAVE TO GET HOSTILE WITH THEM AND LISTEN TO THEM THREATEN TO DO LEGAL ACTIONS THAT THEY LEGALLY CAN NOT DO FOR OLD DEBT.

I actually just looked this up on the internet and found the number to this caller.  I wanted to see if any fraudulent reports have been made about them.  The woman who called me stated that her name was Jessica Shaw from PCS Law Firm.  She stated that they are a firm located in my city.  When she called, this number did not show up on my phone ID (I guess because they blocked it)..it was all 0000.  She initially wanted me to verify the last digits of my SS number and my address before explaining the nature of her business.  She stated that she had a case file in front of her from Cash Advance USA against me and that they are alleging check fraud, etc and other "serious" charges.  I do not have ANY loans or debts outstanding with this entity and I tried to explain to her that if this is legit, please send me information through the US courts.  I then let her know that I am aware that this is a fraudulent call and that I would report her and her "Firm" to the FBI.  She tried to raise her voice and talk over me, but once I told her that, she hung up.

I've been getting these phone calls from this guy claming to be a officer of the law from a different state and the company he works for is P.C.S. by the way he is one who wear the red dot on his freaking head and you also hear the other dot wearing a** holes in the background. so I finally answered on of the phone calls I have a new born and I am one angry mama right now.. So I told him all the " paper work" on me is bull s*** and if he keeps calling my phone ever again he can talk to husband who is a real law officer and then just hung up on me... just got 3 calls from them, told them they are a scam, then he proceeded to call 7 very nasty names.  What a joke

They call me also all of the time. With these people you gotta act like you don't have good sense; meaning you've actually gotta go off on them they stopped calling me immediately. The reason why I say that is because it's a complete scam and in all honesty, think about it they talk like they're from the Middle East but they have an American name like Marcus Johnson. Not to sound racist or anything like that but unless they were born here they shouldn't have an American name and sound like theyre from India or something. Complete scam. Give them a Dorset of their own medicine.

I Just got a Call and they said i took out a pay day loan from this company and have not paid them back even though I payed back that company two years ago!!!! this is complete fraud and they said that they are a Law firm PCS which i have never heard of and researched it and I could not find a law firm called that.  Complete FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!

same the guy said he was officer chris and was going to come and put me in handcuffs and shot me in the head if i did not pay the loan in full and would not even tell me the balance of the loan, what a joke i then told him i would stick a shotgun up his a** and blow his head off and he said he was going to call the police and i said thought you were the police and he hung up on me......what a joke

FRAUD!!!!  LOL, dealt with these idiots for months.  First time they EVER transfered me to someone else when I made them frustrated.

i have gotten several calls that they claimed i needed to fax them back some signed documents saying i will pay on a certain date to pay this loan they say is going against my name, the guys name is Shane Watson. On caller id the number comes up as 6....i agree its just a scam, whenever u call after hours it doesnt even ring....another number to be aware about is 309 200 3795

This just happened to me!!  I could barely understand him.  He said I was going to be charged and legal action would be taken.  He would not tell me the "balance" of my non-existent loan.  How can I stop him?

These individual keeps on calling and telling me that a good friend has a litigation and used my name, I dont even know the person. Call day and night, I have asked them to stop calling.
