Above and Beyond called for our owner - by first name only - when told that he does not work on Fridays but he could leave a vm the gentleman said no but thank you for your time.
Either he is a different person representing their company or he actually reads these notes and is learning to be better at his job.

Called and asked for the owner by name, I told him the owner wasn't in this week.  I started to ask if he wanted to leave a message, but he said he'd call back next week.  Pleasant guy, but he won't ever get through to the owner.

Caller ID now says Above & Beyond but all other details above are the same.  Asked for owner of company by first full name & said he was Jason from 1st Midwest.  He didn't hold for very long.

I just received a call from this too. Came up Above & Beyond on Id. number is 631.234.8802 asking for my husband (listed as owner) by name. Then when i said he was not here he asked for a cell number! Like I would give that out. Then he hung up! I get tired of calls like this, happens daily!

Googled and saw these results, so I didn't bother answering. Sick of having my time wasted by idiot callers.

Called my work, asked for owner of company. Told him he wasn't in. They would not leave a message, said they'd try back later. Yeah good luck with that buddy!

Caller ID says "Canoga Park".

This asshat called this morning and as I answered the phone he continued to talk to his "ASSociate".   One of my biggest pet peeves as a receptionist (next to pushy telemarketers) is not paying attention to when your call is answered and continuing a conversation with another person.  I attempted to answer but the jerk just kept continuing to talk.  When he realized that I had answered, he asked for someone who doesn't work here and then said, "I have him as the president of the company."  I sad no, and he asked, "This is XYZ company, right?"  I then told him, no, "if you'd been paying attention when I answered the phone, you'd know you reached ABC company."  He then told me to "have a great night." and hung up on me.  Sorry, not sure where you're calling from that 9:30am PST is night time!

I received a call from this guy - he is trying to sell stock tips.  He claims to have sure things.  I recommend staying away.

Called & stated that he really needed to speak with the President of the company. When he was told that he was not in he pressed on and attempted to get another number. Finally hung up on this caller. Extremely persistant!

Same thing here, just hangs up when we don't fall for his BS.  If he had something important to say he would leave a message.

I got a call from this phone number asking for the President of the comp.
I goolge the number and saw the other people comment so I hanged up on them.
