Called and hung up with no message.

This is a telemarketing recruiter for Bankers Life. They are looking for people to sell insurance. They typically pull info from posted resumes at job boards for people they believe would be good at selling insurance. Very difficult to recruit people for these type of jobs because it is almost always a commission only job.

They also called me - it does definitely sound like a scam - beware

The only place I ever sent a resume to online was Yahoohotjobs.  This must phish for resumes.  Stay away from this site.

A call from Charlene from Bankers? Sounds like a phony company since they didn't give much information and I wasn't applying to a Bank.  If you're really interested in hiring someone, you'll give the company name.  Definitely a scam.

Erlene Recruiter from "Bankers".  Keeps calling saying that have my resume.  Don't know how, but I told them to remove me from their database and not to call back.

This is a scam.  They call anyone.  Must look for resumes and contact people regarding fake jobs.
