This RUDE jerk calls here all the time and asks for the owner (which he has his name).  Whenever told that he isn't in or is unavailable, before we can ask to take a message, he just hangs up on us.  I looked up "Chem Labs" and called the place back.  I recognized his voice and I asked if he just called for "owner's name", he said "maybe", I said, "I am the owner's wife (which I am) and that you have now hung up on me numerous times.  I am authorized to tell you that no matter what you could be selling, we certainly won't buy from you."  He said "is that so?", my reply "yes, it is so, and this is a small office you are calling, so if you try to keep calling, when we see "Chem Labs" we will simply lift the handset and return the "hang up" favor you give us all the time!".  He is unbelievably rude and obnoxious!

When I received this call, it was for a previous supervisor that has moved on to another property. I told him that the Maintenance supervisor wasn't available. He then asked for the Manager and said "Is that you?" I replied "No, but my Manager isn't available right now either." He then asked what I did there, and I said "I'm a Sales Consultant at the property." He then just started laughing and said "OKAY!" and hung up. Weirdest Conversation I have ever had. Threw me for a loop!

Based on what other people are saying and my experience, I think this Guy is Losing His MIND!

Please do not call people on their jobs

Our office was contacted and the man asked for the maintenance supervisor, I asked truck maintenance or vehicle maintenance. He said facility.  I informed him that he was out, but I could take a message for him , but he just hung up.

I've been recieving calls from these guys literally for years! They always call and say we contacted them for information on their products, which is a lie. If you contest them they get downright rude. I think they say their business name is Industrial Chem. I'd like to go to their office personally for them wasting my time.

Also got a call asking for the maintenance supervisor I told him he was out of the office.  He insisted that I call them into the office because he needed to talk to him.  I asked what it was regarding because we do not call the guys in the office unless it is urgent, he then hung up on me.

I just received a similar call and since there are only two office personnel, our jobs overlap in the maintenance supervision/supply area.  I told the man that he was lying, that I hadn't sent a card and that my maintenance staff never sees the mail, so they didn't send it.  Then I asked about the two products that were "checked" on the card.  They were actually something I might be interested in. I put him on hold so I could answer an incoming maintenance call and when I got back to him, he hung up.  After reading all of the notes above, I certainly won't give him any time at all if he calls again.

This person is still out there making phone calls asking for the maintenance supervisor. When I told him that the supervisor was out on the property he asked for the property manager. I told him I was that person and he started his pitch. When he mentioned that he received correspondence from us, I asked who sent it. He said it was maintenance, and I asked for a name. He then said that was not important and I said it was and that I was not interested. I hung up after that.

This person called my personal cell phone asking for the maintenance supervisor. I told him he had reached my personal cell phone and hung up on him. He did not call back.

I received a call asking for the Maintenance Supervisor. He asked for the person that hung up on him, I explained to him that several offices was ran this location. I told him that I would get the property manager for him and placed him on hold.  He calls back and says that I slammed the phone down on him.  I politely ended the call. googled the number and got this website.  Thanks

This number called my work phone and asked to speak to the supervisor in charge of maintenance.  I asked him if I could help him, he said he needed to speak to the person incharge of ordering the maintenance supplies. This person calls everyday trying to get someone name.

My office has also been contacted by this person.  He asked to be connected with the supervisor in charge of maintenance- whoever orders chemicals.  See any of the other related posts for the whole run down...  He insisted on calling me 'Logie,' and when I finally told him he had the wrong number he just muttered 'unbelievable' and hung up.  I thought it may have been a friend prank calling me at work, and so goggled the number.

This man called my office also! He asked to speak to the superintendent. I told him he wasn't in but I could take a message. He said give me his cell phone number. I said I can't do that. He said yes, you can. No I can't. He proceeded to tell me he was coming up here. I told him I could have the superintendent meet him up here and that would be fine. I work in a smaller town that's not of the nicest clientel so I just thought it would be one of our normal customers. I think that caught him off guard because he said ok and hung up the phone! I didn't have go to through near what these other people did!

This number called my work phone and asked to speak to the supervisor in charge of maintenance.  I asked him if I could help him, he said he needed to speak to the person incharge of ordering the maintenance supplies.  I am that person, so I asked him again how I could help.  He went on his speach about how we sent him a card and we are instrested in a few of their chemicals and if i had a pen to write down the prices.  After he listed the first one, I told him we were not intrested.  He said "Yes you are!  You sent us a card!"  I told him we did not send him a card.  He mumbled something about sending something in the mail.  I told him if he wanted to mail me the prices and some info on the product i would be happy to look at it.  He said that he was going to send the product out.  I told him not to that we do not want it.  He said again that he was going to send it, and we were going to have to pay for it.  I was soo shocked that he responded that way... I honestly thought it was someone playing a prank.  After googling the phone number, other people have had this responce.  I'm  looking for more info on this 'company' to file a complaint..
