Same here. I have not answered their calls, they leave messages.
I'm going to call their number and do my "Hi who is this, from where? You are being recorded....will forward your number to the Federal Trade Commission".

I as well called them back today and was unable to speak with Kathy Wilson, my husband spoke with the person on the phone and stated we were going to file a compliant with the attorney general, he started to laughing and stated, "go and file the law compliant" in broken English, then hung up. he sounded like he was from India or something

I called that number back and asked what the name  of the place was, I asked is this an attorneys office... The  guy never did as=answer my question, Then i asked to  speak with  this  Wilson  woman,... He said hold on for a minute, Then after a  few seconds he hung up.I tried calling back and my number  had been blocked,

I  got a call from a Kathy Wilson claiming  same thing with legel action..

I got the same call as well and I know for a fact I did not have any loans from the company they are talking about. It's funny because when there is legal action being taken against you, they would formly place their issue on paper and send a certified carrier to serve you with the papers. Because they did have my personal information I did file a police report just in case they were successful with trying to steal my identity. These people need a life seriously

omg i'm so glad you all posted about this.  i received the same call from the same people threatening me with the same action.  i was so sick about this all weekend, i'm so glad i looked this up & found out before i did something stupid & tried to give them any money.  any idea on how to get this to stop??  i had received a cash advance in hte past too which was paid off & now i received an email from someone claiming to be attorney Roy Wilson with another suit for another loan.  when i looked up his name, there was a fraud alert with an article telling the same story of what happened to me.

Same thing threatening legal action and a visit to my place of employment today. Something about a cash advance last year that I never took. Been so sick thinking about it all day! I called back many times until the calls would disconnect and one time a message saying it was not a working number. Then they called me back again with some lame excuse. Thank god its a scam.

got a call from blocked number...heavy accent telling me to return call or facw legal actions. said to call cathy wilson

Got a call too, sounded like an international call. Its a scam.
