Have received numerous unwanted text messages to my cell phone, which is on do-no-call registry: A cash advance is only 1 step away!  Visit us to apply and get up to $1500 by tomorrow! Visit www.PAY40.com. Zend reply STOP.  The message comes from a cell phone, carrier Omnipoint Communications, Inc., New York City NY.  Have also received same message (with Zend reply STOP) from 973-462-1806 directing me to www.CASH1600.com, and same from 631-406-3205/www.PAYDAY20.com.  Very irritating!

Text Message to my phone that says "You are one application away from a $1500 loan! Apply at www.cash1600.com" Then it says 2end reply STOP.

I'm receiving unsolicited text msgs from 631-406-3205 "Complete the easy 1 page application to get up to $1500 LOAN by tomorrow! Go to www.PAY40.com.  I called PAY40, they stated they did not know how this was happening and I was given a "Opt-Out" phone number to call, however the recorded message on that line asks for your social security number, which we ALL know you should NOT provide. (You can't talk to a live person on the number) I suggest you report these messages to the FCC or States Attorney Office for prosecution.

Texts from 1-631-406-3205 - same types of messages as above. Getting same types of text messages from 2 other numbers as qwell, advertising the same web sites. I just want to add that texting STOP to them is a waste of your time, because they keep texting. For people who don't have a text package in their cell phone service, phone companies charge for receiving text messages as well as sending them. I think it's time for a "Do Not Text" databade!!

Got two texts today for www.money1500.com.  One from 347-681-5006, the other from 631-406-3205  The website doesnt let me respond to unsubscribe.  They suck.  Anyone interested in filing a class action against these guys please post here.

This starting happening on my phone last week with another number and it had similar wording.  Don't know if they are related or not.
