stop texting me about a advance payday loan

I get these messages at all hours!

Someone had my cell phone number previously, so I keep getting text messages wanting me to apply for a payday loan.  It tells me to visit HTTP://.PHON.WS/D?37688F which is not a valid web address.  I have tried unsubscribing several times over the past few months, but nothing happens.  HOW DO I STOP UNWANTED TEXTS FROM PEOPLE I DON'T EVEN KNOW.  They call me Patricia.  My name is NOT Patricia!!!!
