Alpine Glass called and asked if I have any windshield damage. They call about once a year, and are polite and do not bother me if I say no. I have dealt with them in the past. They did a good job.

We are on the do not call list and don't appreciate callers who continue to call anyway

We received a call from this number today(I looked it up and it's Alpine Glass)on our voicemail. They didn't leave a message, but there was a lot of talking/background noise. I called them back later at 952-927-9209 and asked to be removed from their calling list. The guy was actually really cool about it and promised that we would be removed(though he said it can take 48-72hrs for that to kick into effect.)from the list.

We'll see if they respect this and remove us, but I think if you just give them a call(and remain respectful even if they are not.) and simply asked to be removed, they'll do it. Chances are, if you act like a jerk in return though, they'll probably continue to call you just out of spite.

As frustrating as telemarketers can be, I think you get a lot further with honey than vinegar. It can definitely be annoying though.

Called today, left no message but lot's of background talking and noise.

Keep on calling landline, did not pick up and they DID NOT leave a message so I have no clue who it is.

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

This is an unlawful telemarketing for Alpine Glass. I talked to the telemarketer to get her information, she hung up.

I went to www.donotcall.gov to file my federal complaint. I hope you do too.

That's NOT the right company you linked in the BBB. This telemarketer is for the MINNESOTA glass company. Which does not have any BBB listing. F'ing moron.

I just missed a call from that number it said Minneapolis MN and i called it back it also said it was disconnected

We're receiving calls between midnight and 3:00 am.  I've  reported  Alpine Glass to MN Atty General at www.ag.mn.st.us for download and mail in form. Also to The Federal Trade Commission that enforces the Do No Call List.

These jack wagons called me tonight. I googled the phone number and found this thread. Never heard of them. So annoying that they call when we are on the do not call registry.

I get calls about once a year asking if I need windshield repaired. I tell them no, and they have always been very polite and ask if it is ok to call back in a year to see if I need repair service.  I did have them come to my business to replace a windshield many years ago. They did a reputable job.

They've spoofed their Caller ID information.

Got the call but no one was at the other end.

Number called today at just before 5pm. A couple of clicks on the other end of the line as I let it go to machine and they didn't leave a message.

the person who called sounded drunk, and made a rude comment about my appearance on my answering machine. Really creepy message that indicated this person knows my profession.

Caller called once, got voice mail hung up and called right back. I have 3 kids and I don't appreciate repeat calls at 8:30 pm from a telemarketer. Even if I needed auto glass I would not give them my business after that. am also on the do not call list!

Calls frequently and askes about chipped or cracked winshields.

It is Alpine glass.  They wanted me to lie and say that the crack in my windshield happened after I got Minnesota Insurance.  I have them on tape :)

They called me and when I realized they were Low Life SPAMMERS I hung up on them and then they called back to hang up on me. They must be a bunch of little children.

I am on the "do not call list" through the Minnesota Attorney General's office.  I received a call from 952-927-9206 which apparently is a glass company.  I did not call them to request services nor do I want them to call me again.
