Received a call from Kenneth Lockheart as well.... Stated he will not send information to me via mail or fax... Very argumentive....He requested bank account information... I advised him that if I had sufficient information regarding such a debt I would have received information prior to today.... He was very upset and gave me 72 hours to make a payment.... He also said that the only way to make a payment was if I made it via ACH?? I asked if I could make the payment via check or money order.... He said NO!!! I did advise him that without proper documentation I would not submit any payment information to the company!! Please be aware... I will be reporting this TODAY!!!!

Received call today from Kenneth Lockhart - also saying two claims against me in CA. I have never taken out any loans anywhere - I hung up on him. He called back and left a message. I am reporting them.

Call from Kevin Lockhart Case Processing Mgmt he said the company name I didn't let him go any further in the conversation.

Receiving calls at work from National Assistance Fund that I am being sued for $320 not paid back to a Payday Loan service in 2005.  They claim due to non-sufficient funds in a bank account that was closed in 2004!   The guy that calls is now using the name Kenneth Lockhart and has a cohort by the name of Angela Reagan.  Asks if I have an attorney on hand and then goes into a bunch of nonsense about papers being filed against me if I don't pay within 48 hours.  Please know this company is not listed anywhere and would not provide accurate information on this alledged case against me.  Do not give these people any banking information; it's a scam!  This Angela person also called from 202-621-2523 the same day!!! RED FLAG!!! The number above is a New York number; then she calls back from a DC number???  I have reported this information to the police.

got the same message from same person. said "he wishes me the best of luck over the next three days" and that I or my attorney of record should call.

Got the same call fromf that clown today.  He is bunk and his firm is bunk.  The call under all these different aliases attempting to scam you.  Ignore them.

A call from some guy named David Goldstein and he represents the National Assistant Fund about some payday loan from 2009 on an account I have not had in over 9 years!  Saying why didn't I return the money that was fraudulently put in my account
