Received a call from this number, they didn't say anything,was silent then hung up.

Someone from this number called and when I picked up, sounded like he was talking to someone in the backgroud.  He did not start talking, so I hung up.

THIS MOTHERFVCKER DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE BALLS TO TELL ME HIS NAME...SO I CALLED HIM A C0CKSVCKER AND WAITED FOR A REPLY...ALL I GOT WAS DIALTONE

a guy stated he cleaned my chimney in 1997 I asked him with what company then I said no you did not then he hung up

I answered the phone and said hello a few times.  The person finally said hello back and when I asked him what he wanted he told me he just called to say hello.  I asked him what he wanted and he asked me, is that how you talk to people?  I hung up!
