I called the number back. They left no MSG when they called. My call was answered with "we are a national marketing firm. If you would like to be removed leave your number"

Everyday I receive several phone calls from this number on my cell phone, I never answer the call and they never leave a voice mail...its becoming a daily annoying call....how do you stop these? I have registered on Donotcall.gov years ago and checked it the past day and its still active...is this a fishing phone call?
