He has several companies and all of them are scams.  He resides in Laguna Niguel with his wife. He is making a killing off these scams.  He has a very lavish lifestyle, owns boats, two very 2 very expensive vehicles. Everything he has is in his wife's name (pretty slick of him) so he can not be caught. I hope he gets caught and has to pay for everything he has done.  He doesn't even have a high school education.

I'm trying to help an elderly couple who fell pray to this scam in Ohio.  They think the company was named "MHA Group" or "National Release."  Can you give me any more information?

Actually the company name is National Relief Center which is a false name they have employees use when they call people.  Their name is Outreach Marketing Group LLC out of Santa Ana, CA.  The owner is Mike Mardaresco and you can find him on facebook and myspace.  He's 24 years old, never graduated high school and makes a living by ripping off people including his own employees..  His email address at work is Mikem@outreachmg.com.  The address of his company is 2850 Redhill Ave. Santa Ana CA 92705.  He uses a dialer company to dial his calls and hide his true phone number and identity.  He will also change the name of his "company" as often as needed to keep his true identity hidden.  Any company that calls you constantly up to 7 times a day, or hangs up on you when you ask for their company information or ask to be added to the do not call list, is most likely his company.  If they ask you if you are "STRUGGLING" with your mortgage, credit card debt,  or back taxes to the IRS then that's most likely them.  The key word here is "struggling", one of his favorite words to add to his scripts.

This number 631-935-1297 comes up on my call display as "New York".
No message was left.....I live in Vancouver, BC CANADA

i have a inative pay and talk phone and they amazingly got through. how'd they do that?

1-631-935-1297, is from somewhere in Florida, USA. Have been getting the same call in my office in Vancouver, BC.

Recorded message said that they have "great news for credit card holders".  I pressed "2", to tell them to never call again.

I also received a call from 631-935-1297 stating this was my final notice that my vehicle warranty was expiring and I needed to press 1 to ensure I was adequately covered. Since I have a brand new 5 year warranty I pressed 1, when I questioned why they were calling the woman on the phone got aggressive on me for pressing 1 and then hung up.

I get some calls from many of these numbers..some listings on my caller ID say Digitglobal and others say 800 Service. On a hunch I called back the number from 800 Service 1-800-579-8655. Calling 800-579-8655 didn't get me the usual response " hello if you want to be removed from our calling list press 1 "..but tells me, " thank you for calling, please enter the extension number of the person you would like to reach. I tried a few random things (4 digit numbers) and then I don't know why but I felt like I should try something basic like 111..and then 131..when I dialed extension 131 it actually started to ring but no one answered. Something told me to try extension 130 and someone actually picked up.

She was confused saying that she was logged off but still the call went through. This has to be one of the calling centers for this rip off company..Call them on this number

but consider dialing *67 first..1-800-579-8655..try some 3 digit extensions beginning with the number 1 (123, 145..etc) and see what happens..and then let em have it !!!!

Received call from 631-935-1297.  I got a recorded message about how I could lower my credit card debt by pressing 1 to speak with a LIVE BODY.  When they finally answered I asked them who they were and where they were calling from.  They refused to answer any of my questions and then they hung up.  Have gotten quite a few of these calls even though my number is on the Do Not Call list.

received call from 1-631-935-1297.  automated message asking if I wanted to lower my credit card interest press 1, if I no longer wanted to be contacted press 2.  I pressed 2 and hung up.

They call me every day around noon and then call me every 30 minutes or so.  Have asked them repeatly not to call, but they continue.  Have reported to the "Do not call list" people. But, nothing has been done.

I had the exact same experience as UEB - the scam "National Relief Center" (631-935-1297) hung up on me when I requested to be removed from their call list. When I try to call them back I get "your call cannot be completed as dialed...."

Had a call from 631-935-1297 asking if I owed back taxes.
Pressed 1 to find out who they were and they stated they were National Release Center. When I questioned them about their con game they hung up on me.
