Caller ID Michael Giehl, 631 999-9999.  Asked to speak with manager, when I responded, "How can I help you?" caller seemed perplexed and handed phone to someone else who told me he was an Optimum employee and wanted to sell me service.  I asked, since he was an Optimum employee, if he could see what phone service I had.(it's optimum voice)  He was tryign to sell optimum voice and internet to businesses.  Indian sounding callers, have called several times in the past.

This number is on the do not call list.

I would not use the language from my peer above but the message is the same. Who is this person that use this offensive words after calling me!!!!!!

Showed up on caller ID only as "New York": Male caller stated that he was with Optimum Online and requested to speak to the manager regarding our telephone service.  I asked him if this was regarding our business account and he stated "oh, hold on" and then he hung up.  When I called back the number, a recording comes up and states that the first three numbers dialed are invalid.

I got a call from this number. Identified himself as being from Optimum.  Name on caller ID also said Michael Giehl.  He mentioned something about "PRI Service."  He had a very heavy Indian accent and wanted to know when would be a good time to have someone come in to talk to me about lowering our bill by $30.  He was very insistant.  I told him we weren't interested and he kept trying to repeat that I didn't need to change services and when could he send someone to us.

Please read the message I just left? it is about the same jerk that called you.

Got the same call from Michael Giehl asking for Manager to discuss my Optimum account. I asked for a name and number to call him back, he said no. As I went to hang up he said, "I love you baby!" Sick SOB and a wimp as well! Give me your call back number and I promise I WILL CALL YOU BACK!  Today I got another call, but it went to messages, when I listened to it, he was singing a song, I could not make out what he was singing, but it was singing something. He sounds like he may be Indian?? What does anyone else think? I called Optimum and they were unable to trace it, they suggest calling the police. I don't really care to give him this attention, but if it continues, I will!

Mine had a caller ID of Michael Giehl....still won't pick it up...# alone made me leery!

Got a call from 631-999-9999. Caller identified himself as working for Optimum Online and asked to speak to the manager to discuss a new reduced rate on business calls, would I mind telling him what services we currently subscribed to? I asked for his name and ID and he hung up. Of course I knew he wasn't from Optimum because he called me at home. I do like to think of myself as a manager though, and will be sure to tell the kids about my change in title when they get home tonight.

I received a call asking for the manager. When I told them that they were in a meeting and asked if they wanted a voicemail I THOUGHT that he said "sure" but when I asked him to repeat himself he said "SHUT.... UP!"
