Last night, I received 11 phone calls in less than 15 minutes, and 7 text messages in between those calls. I'm getting more calls this morning, it seems. Each call, a different person asks for Deirdre (not my name), and I tell them to stop calling me. They hang up.
The text messages all say something about claiming the loan I was approved for - I don't apply for loans. They tell me to text the word "STOP" to that number to make them stop, but then they text me from a different number.
I quickly registered with the "Do Not Call" registry, but it is too late I think.

How the heck do you make these people stop? You go to the site(s), and they want your email address before they'll let you even find a contact page. The toll-free number to call customer service puts you in a fake queue and keeps telling you all reps are busy now.

Report it to the FCC. I've already done so, for the first few messages I received, and I plan to send them a list of all the other numbers I received messages from after that. I have also left voicemail messages for "Nick Brown" or whoever he really is demanding that he stop sending from any domain to my phone number. He may laugh all the way through my messages but IF he even picks up messages at least I'm taking up some of his time. He has certainly wasted plenty of mine.

I also got hit with these texts, my phone was beeping like craqzy at 4 in the morningthis past week end.each time i got a text i replied with stop now they texted from a different #.I registered with the do not call list a month ago

Please tell me how to get them to stop. Should I contact my service provider and have these numbers blocked or change my number?

These dudes called me a million time but everytime they call I am busy or the call drops. So I never was able to get any information about these strangers.. I just want these b*****ds to stop calling me, if it isn't about va**na or money I don't care, Next time they call I am going to tell them get a life for the rest of you individuals experiencing this BS.

Received a call from this number @ 9:00AM on the dot. No message left. When I tried to return call, message:"your call cannot be completed as dialed....". Also folks, there is no 632 area code in the US. Strange I know, but it takes all kinds!
