I think the system at East West Bank is not good. Their employees are rude, and un attentive. They do not know how to conduct business calls and they are very rude to people. They shoudl change policies and not entertaine rude employees. They do not answer the call immediately. You have to wait for 20 minutes even up to an hour to be entertained. Then in the end they do not give you any resolution to your problem. Is that how banking should work?

I got a text message from an employee of East west bank and has been texting me harrassments. The thing is I already settled my account months ago...So why are they calling my house and harrassing me????

i got a call from east west bank, she confirmed kung dun ako nakatira. i said yes then she thanked me ang hung up.  if they are collectors, why are they calling me kung wala ako kahit anu mang transactions with them, no credit card nor account with their bank
