I got a call from this number at around 12:24pm. I was not able to answer the call because I was in a conference. I tried to call back but isn't able to. If it is from Globe, then we have a problem. I train sales people from GLOBE and calling back to customers is not one of the things encouraged and not what they are trained to do even if it's after sales. Why are the sales people doing this then? This should be reported.

I think the reason why we can't reach this number when we try to call it is because this number does not allow incoming calls, maybe it is assigned for outgoing calls only. Moreover, I would like to believe that it is really GLOBE.

got a missed call from this number. and the succeeding 2 calls, i accidentally drop the calls. my number is not on a plan. why is it my number was included in their pool of list? just wondering.

OMGee, this girl called me today and said she is from Globe. She says im currently at Plan 499 and using BB SOCIAL---which is correct. And also confirmed my name... And then offered me for an UNLICALL & TEXT promo of 299 on top of my bill. She said I can confirm it with her and then I said yes...immediately she gave a reference no. for this transaction. So I believe its GLOBE but upon checking and calling again..."number not in use". I dont know what would be the impact of this. I cant believe she was able to infiltrate data from Globe...this has violated their terms on DATA PRIVACY.

got missed call as of 11:17am this august 3, 2011.. then i called that number and saying " ay hindi po ako iyon, globe po iyon" what was that mean??

I also got this missed call from my phone in the morning and this afternoon. I tried to redial that number but the reply was  "The telephone number you dialed is not yet in service". Thanks for informing me that this might be scam. And also double check with the phone number of Globe Customer Service Hotline.

This is to report that a certain number +632-7201200 called and pretended she is from globe. ANd asking for a person I don't know but had stated my exact number. When I said that that is my number and i said that there is no such person, she said she is from globe and asked for my name.  I immediately said that if you are from globe then you can access my number and my name so please do not ask me when you don't know who you are calling to especially when you are a communication company that holds my data.  i then immediately called Globe and asked if the above mentioned number is one of the company's service numbers, they said that's not their number. The only explanation for this is that this person using such number maybe using this for illegal gathering of data for mischievous or scam purposes.  Would like to report this and if I can be directed to the right authorities that would be much appreciated.
