Who is the owner of this number who called me: 09064963608?  Nagpakilalang galing CIC (canadian immigration consultancy).   I remember sending my application in 2002, yes, but the message contained in the text last night was kinda weird (off) to make me think twice.  It said they sent me an email to yahoo account but it bounced back so they asked for my name, address and email.  And if I want (daw) to check for myself what they sent I can just view it via this webpage: www.1url.com/r8p.  It turns out, a website for Postdata.net.   I don't have a username and password for this webmail in the first place.
