I'm also receiving this call 5 times already this week. When I return call to them, they dropped my call. I'm assuming this is coming from a bank direct line, I was working from certain bank here in the philippines before, when I'm trying to call our department direct line, you got a dropped call and hung!..The same happened on this number when I'm trying to do a return call to them. Furthermore, whatever it is, do not let your guard down for some scam. I've been here before, i let my guard down to a certain scam. They were calling using a landline and saying i have a GC to be pick from their branch. Just sharing this info though.

I have been receiving a call from this number too and I thought it's already from someone whom I applied a loan last week. Good thing I googled this number and see these results. Thanks. I would probably not trust this.

These people would always call met for a 'PROMO' for call for cash. They would ask if you also have any existing credit card balance from other credit card companies and offer you a discount on the interest rates when you transfer your existing balance to CITIBANK.
I called this number back and when answered, they drop the call.
DO NOT entertain calls from this number.
