Getting a lot of calls from this number lately.  I don't answer 'unavailable' calls.

This number left no message but called our home.  I was talking when this number beeped so I *69, it gave me (635)000-2988. We are on a no call list. The police people always call to beg for money for the survivors when a person is killed. They should just get insurance like the rest of society instead of whinning for a handout.

A man called from this # and asked if I wanted to give money to the fallen police officers.  I said I'm sorry but I don't have the money. He got mad and started yelling.  I believe it's a scam.

This group is a scam.  I finally got to a live operator and asked her to remove me form the list, ans she rudley hung up.

They say they are from your credit card company but they are not. They ask for your information. Do not give them anything because all they are doing is trying to get you to transfer to their credit card.

I am also on the do not call list. They should not be allowed to call you if you are on the list.

Please DO NOT give them any information god only knows what they are using it for really.

If you think it might really be your credit card company tell them you will call them back hang up and call the phone number you have for your company not one they give you.  

They would not tell me the name of thier company so I still dont know who they are.

None, did not answer the call, no voice mail was left.

I received a call indicating I could lower my credit card interest rate to 6.9% and that this would be my last call.  If I wanted to lower the rate I should press "9".  

I pressed nine and was put on hold...  Then I wondered if this was a scam, so I hung up.

I contacted the phone carrier "Comcast" to let them know as I didn't know if by pressing "9" I might have opened up the phone line to long distance charges...

Same as Demeny - I thought registering on the do not call would eliminate these calls.
Isn't there any way to stop them?

Just recieved this call, they didn't leave a message on my answering machine.  Have gotten similar calls where they don't talk at all!

Spoke with Julie about my so called "Credit Cards" tried to keep her on the line, no good. She hung up when she knew i was fishing.

Amazing... I don't have credit cards.

Same experience as Chelle.  I reside in Indiana and am registered on the state Do-Not-Call list.  This company would appear to be violating the law.
