I received a call today for one of my employees ! It was some Indian lair ! He told my employee on an announced recorded line that she will be going to jail for her debt ! Using that business practice is highly illegal . I have turned over the tapes to the Attorney Generals office , also the district Attorneys office !   The business practice is terrible . Now that is out of the way I hate Dot heads like you !! Your price is too high , my friend paid much less  sound familiar !

If you have a ligitimate debt to collect I am willing to listen however I suspect you collection efforts are so strong because your debts are not ligitimate. I have collected money for a living and it is not difficult to collect when your debts are ligitimate. There are plenty of legal channels to take. As for unsecured debt you take the risk sometimes you get burned. Selling the debt to blood hounds for pennies on the dollar may provide short term gains and Adam with a job but it is not the way to win friends and influence customers.

The best you can do is ignore these people they have no real power and would not go to court over these small debts they try to collect. But the tough guy collector is compensating for the weak person they are in real life it is easy to berate someone over the phone. You want a real collection job Adam try collecting loggers face to face in the deep south then you can brag about what a tough guy you are and how debtors deserve what they get.

This "Adam Kelly" calls from many numbers.. Its complete BS !..They say the company is UCC ... They have been harassing all of my relatives..Sometimes I will answer to tell them to take my numbers off of their list.. and all 'Adam Kelly' does is demand me to take out my check book and give him my info.. then when I refuse he just hangs up... Yeah some Real Collection Agency they are running.. HA!   they also just called me from 636-946-8150 ... and when it got to my voicemail. He just hung up.

Don't pick up the phone if the caller I.D. is 201-340-845.   It's probably a 3rd. party Debt Collector from the New Jersey or Massachusetts area.  You won't be able to call them back.  The last number is missing.  Call the FCC instead and report it.  It's a 3rd. party debt collector tactic to get you to pick up the phone.

Debt collector or so full of it. What are you going to do to me, its already in collections and on a credit report. What are you going to do, put it on there again??? Yeah right. Pick a day and we'll both be surprised. Try 7 years! I will be calling back sooon. I enjoy the conversation myself!

You are debtors.. it is illegal to disclose the purpose of a call to ANYONE other than debtor. Pay your bills and stop crying to the world.

i got a message for an in-law. some guy name adam kelly with ucc. he was really rude and when i wouldnt answer his questions he started getting threatening and condescending. I kept asking who he was with and he avoided the question... he only said it once at the begining of the conversation. I dont know how he got my name. this person NEVER put me down as a contact number. im glad i found this site. i warned her that he sounded like a debt collector but he was just so surly that i didnt trust him. i even told him he sounded like a debt collector, and he asked why. I told him because he was so rude. That is when he became condescending.

Michael Diamond called me today, did not even mention his company name or either Fair Debt Collections Act and started to ask for payment. Very rude and aggressive guy, already reported on him to FTC. He broke 3 or 4 rules of FDCA already.

I received a message ( several) from Michael as well. Again, charges were disputed and won. Actually have all the paperwork. Oh, and the company that put this against me illegally forged my electronic signature online. Glad I found this site.

no they did not hire another agency - the SOLD it to another agency when they could no longer collect it themselves.  

Both collection agencies are JUNK DEBT buyers - they buy worthless uncollectable debt for pennies on the dollar and then try to collect money they are not legally entitled to collect.   They cannot validate, its beyond statute of limitations, already paid OR discharged in bankruptcy.  

Its also referred to as ZOMBIE debt - because of this practice of reselling to other agencies.  The same debt can be sold over and over again.
