I DONT KNOW WHAT TYPE OF NUMBER THIS IS. DOES ANY1 KNOW? IT CALLED ME AT 4PM CENTRAL TIME IT HUNG UP B4 I COULD PICK UP AND THEN WHEN I TRIED TO CALL BACK IT SAID THE NUMBER WASNT IN SERVICE AND DID THE SAME THING TO MY GIRLFRIEND A HALF HOUR BEFORE IT CALLED ME .. SHE CAME HOME FROM WORK TALKING ABOUT IT. DOES ANY1 HAVE A CLUE WHAT THIS NUMBER COULD BE?

There is a remedy ticket in with U.S. Cellular to resolve this issue. It sounds like it is some type of random dialer that replaces the phone number with 641-001-0203. We will see if we can track down the origin and get it stopped. Do not worry about changing your number, it is affecting multiple numbers in the Marshalltown area, not specifically limited to U.S. Cellular.

I also received this phone call. It was in Spanish. Amazing this many people got a call from this number and there is no way to find out who is doing it???? I received this call on April 13, 2010 at 4:30pm

first of all, it is the only way to get around it, you can call customer service yourself and ask them if you dont believe me. 888-944-9400

The only way to not receive the call any more is to change your phone number?? I highly doubt that this is the only solution and as an "employee" of US Cellular you should know better. Does your store manager or company know that you are posting this kind of b.s. on the internet??

i work for US Cellular in Marshalltown, Iowa. I have had a few customers call me today, complaining about a 641-001-0203 number calling them. It is not a US Cellular number, and we have no way of blocking it, the only option there is, is to change your number so that you don't receive the call anymore
